Quality products and excellent customer service

I ordered several items ready for my new puppy. One wasn't in stock in the colour I selected, so I was notified straight away and offered a refund or a different colour - which was what I chose because the colour didn't really matter. I was a bit surprised that the toys were shipped in several consignments as I hadn't realised that might happen, but I was kept informed throughout and everything arrived. I've just placed another order because I was pleased with Every Tail's customer service and the quality of the products

My dog loved her snood

My standard dachshund is 15.5 and her head is going bald so the snood was perfect and she loved it. Speedy delivery and great customer service. Thank you

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, they were so responsive and amazingly helpful!! I can’t wait for my order to come. Afia was so lovley and could tell that she genuinely wanted the best for my doggo (helped in detail with sizing of fleece). 10/10!!

Great customer service

I can’t seem to update my previous review so I’m writing a new one. I had a problem with my order but I have never experienced such good customer service in terms of rectifying the problem. A wonderful person called Afia made me feel see and completely sorted out the issue. I did not have to call, they reached out to me and sorted the problem immediately. Thank you!

No delivery

I just received an email asking for feedback on my delivery. The feedback is that it never arrived. The email asking for my feedback on the product was the first I have heard about it.

I am so so sorry that a) your order has not arrived yet and b) the poorly timed feedback request.

I’ve looked into your order and I can see there was an unacceptable delay with our supplier before your item was dispatched. And this meant you got our automated feedback email before you’d even received your item. I sincerely apologise for this mix up - it is not the service we aim to provide.

I’ve since made changes to prevent similar delays and I’d like to make this right by refunded the full cost of your order.

Great product my cat loves it

Great product my cat loves it, and he is a picky fellow! Fast delivery, I will highly recommend this mat for anyone wanting to protect their furniture while providing a good scratching experience for your fury baby.
