Items I bought were not same as advertised and for the price I thought they would be better! Customer service were helpful when asked a question
Did take a long time to arrive

I ordered thin wire xmas lights took forever to arrive and they were nothing like the picture. Put them on Christmas tree and they worked for 2 minutes then nothing. They are USB powered. Asked for refund..fingers crossed. They pretend they are in UK. They sell tat. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give zero star I definitely would. It looks like a high end website, but it’s not. It’s not based in uk, all items come from china. I asked for a full refund, as stated on their website. They first told me to keep the items and they would give me 40% refund. The items were unsuitable and not worth the money. I said I didn’t want items as they didn’t fit (toilet seat bolts) they said they would give me 60% refund. They even suggested giving the bolts as a gift, who the hell would want to bolts for Xmas. After reading some reviews, I thought I best take the 60%, but that was not what I got back. PLEASE AVOID

Saw the glass/metal hanging pictures and immediately bought the sewing machine one for my daughter-in-law as she is an avid sewer. Was pleased with it when it arrived. Securely packed but posted through the letterbox so didn't have to sign for it. As it is a Christmas present I am sure she will be as pleased as I am.

This company is a scam. The quality of the product was literally nothing like the images on the website - so much so that I would say it is a totally different product. It also had marks on it which look like blood. Delivery took literally weeks as it comes from China and that is where you have to pay to return it, so obviously a heavy cost.

I requested a full refund and they came back and offered a 40% partial refund where I don't have to return the item. When I said this wasn't good enough, they offered 60%. I fully understand the whole scam now that I have discovered I have to pay for the return postage and that this would cost me £18.

Poached egg device.
Exploded when in microwave no damage but proved there product unsafe.
Took weeks to arrive.
Hong Kong based and should stay there.
Product now in bin where the company should also be.

I bought the toilet seat bolt and as promised received two bolts. I have fitted them and can recommend them because they work perfectly and have solved an irritating problem of trying to keep the seat from moving in the toilet. Thank you.

My purchase is for our new home which we haven’t moved to yet, however, the gnomes will take pride of place on our statement staircase which can be seen through our arched, glass front door and windows.

Please don't trust this website. As there site said 30 day money back guarantee, I made a purchase thinking if it wasn't right I could return for a full refund. I am currently in back and forth emails with customer services. They have only overed 40% refund and I keep the item with doesn't fit in my kitchen. I have requested an address to send the parcel back to and expecting a full refund on receipt. But I'm not hopeful.

Overall was ok, communicated well and no problem with product. Delivery was a bit long but in this occasion didn’t bothered me.

I find this a beautiful idea to make personal gifts for friends and family, they have loved the gifts these make !

I love browsing Evesury site, there are so many different items that you don’t see on other sites, there are so purchase I had have been of good quality and have been very pleased

Received a broken product after weeks of waiting. Do not use this company. Still waiting for a refund, they just keep saying they are taking it up with their shipping department - not really my problem?!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Product took weeks to arrive. Not only did they send the wrong colour but the quality is very poor. I immediately asked for a full refund. A week or so later I had to chase. They then ignored me and finally have responded saying I am too late and a new item is on its way. I’ve told them again I do not want a replacement just my money back. And so the saga goes on. About to try the merchant dispute route with Barclays.

DisappointedI my item took forever to arrive . Once I received it , I opened it to find the glass pen broken !! And not just broken, shattered in many pieces. Which i cut my finger on Couldn't find a return address or number to return it . 🫤 so will give this company a side step in future.

I have purchased twice from Evesbury and each time received quality items, exactly as described and within the time frame set out.
I will use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve ordered 4 of the little tote bags from Evesbury. The quality is really good and I’ve had so many compliments. They are easy to organise my bits and pieces in them too. They didn’t arrive “the next day”, but I was always kept informed and didn’t mind the short delivery time. I really would highly recommend these tote bags.

One star is being generous! I saw the product on Pinterest, Amazon have the same or similar for less money. I believed the hype and bought from Evesbury. What's the saying, a fool and his money are soon parted? Fact!
I've been waiting for my parcel to arrive, apparently it's on a plane somewhere! Bulk bought from Temu is my guess!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you don't read reviews and you're a fool like me.
Update: my parcel has finally arrived, close to two weeks after the payment was taken from my account. Clips are okay, but I wouldn't buy from this company again. They imply that they are based in the UK, further investigation shows that they are based in America.
Final view, AVOID!

Do not use this busines - they are are fraudulent operation. They are not operating in the UK and do not follow UK consumer protection laws.
They took my money without providing the product, which they say they lost, then refused to pay refund.
