can find a car
There are not enough cars available in Victoria home zone. There hasn't been 1 available in my area for over a week

Having to walk 2.8 - 3 kms in the wrong direction to get a car is ridiculous
You pay for the extra kms as well

I am a long term user of EVO and am…

I am a long term user of EVO and am generally happy but on the last trip, it ended my trip without my notice. Apparently, if you dont hit pause trip within 60 seconds after stopping, it automatically ends the trip. So you can lose your stuff and belongings because it ended the trip without your consent. this is not delineated on the app or the website.

Oh no! Thanks for sharing your experience. We've updated our FAQs about when to use a stopover which is how to avoid this. The auto-lock is a safety feature so that cars aren't left unsecured when you step away. Every bit of feedback helps us improve.

Well I thought it was a good concept…

Well I thought it was a good concept and had been using it every week - until just 2 days ago I was waiting in the Evo car while my wife bought us a couple of coffee at a road side cafe, and it locked me in the car. When I went to unlock the door the alarm went off and I couldn’t stop it or start the car again. It was only after a long conversation on their chat function that they reactivated the car, but it meant I lost the rest of my 24 hour booking and payment and had to start a new payment to complete our journey, putting us about £60 out of pocket and an hour lost at the roadside - not great Evo!!

Think I will start using buses instead - this was not a great experience!

Evo is such a trash company

Evo is such a trash company. They need money from customers, like the fact that they are so greedy is unreal! Their service is terrible, with absolute trash cars with bluetooth barely working. Their evo’s are always hidden inside a parkade, where bluetooth connectivity sucks and one cannot even find and book a car because of this limitation. Their customer service is on another level stupidity, they can do everything else except customer service. These kinda companies should absolutely go to trash and go bankrupt!

LOVE THIS COMPANY

I would give more stars if there was that option. I cant believe theres no reviews on them. Glad i am the first, this company is by far amazing. Rates are to me cheaper than a taxi and or uber. They also let you know when your license expires which in my case if it wasnt for them letting me know this i would be driving with an expired license 😵‍💫 i work 18 hours a day so its hard for me to keep up on things like this.
