I accidentally ordered a duplicate item, which I returned. the customer advisor I spoke with managed to make me feel the company had a personal interest in my satisfaction - even researched an item on my behalf and emailed me her findings. very efficient service.

Coffee was a solid block
Sweet Revolution keto Coffee was a solid block, which I now have to break up and end up with lumps floating on my coffee.
I expect better at £18+ a tub.
Very disappointed, as the tub I had from the supermarket was fine and remained loose, it didn't keep going solid Like this tub does after being broken up.
That said Evolution Organics responded promptly and are supplying a replacement. Much appreciated, thank you 😊

Hello Louise
We emailed you about this - we spoke to Sweet Revolution as soon as you informed us last week and they told us (the same day!) that they have sent a replacement for you which I will post to you myself as soon as we get it.
Please see my emails from last week and hopefully our service was up to scratch :)
Thank you for getting in touch

Hello Winnie
Thank you for your review. I had a look and you placed your order after our cut-off time on Friday and as we are not opened weekends, we couldn't send your order until Monday (15/05) and the order was delivered on Wednesday (17/05) so quite a quick turnaround.
For next day delivery, we also offer DPD.
