Really great prices and offers

Really great prices and offers. My parcel was accidentally sent to the wrong address, human error, this stuff happens, managed to get my order and notified the company who apologised and gave me an offer for my next order. Really enjoy the human aspect of the company, no copy and pasted emails, good communication and quick responses. Plus I have some extra shakers for free lol.

Resposta da Monster Supplements

Hi Paul,
thank you for your order and for the feedback. This order was shipped out on time and a delivery attempt was made within the 2-3 working day time frame advertised at the checkout. It looks as though the delivery was going to a Holiday park and it as refused. Judging by the email you sent this was not the only order that you purchased online that encountered a similar issue.

DPD waited for further instructions from the consignee and was then returned back to us. The order arrived here late on Monday 3rd. I am sorry if you have not been left satisfied by the speed upon which the return and refund were processed. We did our very best to action this straight away and i can assure you that it will have been tended to in the next round of returns.

Kind Regards
Team Monster Supplements

Have been buying off them for almost a year now and i have to say they are spot on every time, all the time.
Products at competitive prices and if you are new to this game they will make it easy by letting you select by goal, training routine etc.
Highly recommend.
