Great service, above and beyond to be helpful and manage stressful situations

My flat has not been registered with the land registry office for over 4 years now. We were the first to move in, it does not look like our neighbours who moved in after us with the same housing association have had the same problem getting registered. Once I found about this, I contacted Evolve Law in January, we had a remortgage pending, I phoned nearly every week between January and February (spoke to some very pleasant people on the phone), but nothing moved forward, I made a complaint I hoped this would help move things along, the response I received I what I would call defensive rather than helpful.

We chose Evolve Law because of some of the reviews here, in other ways their staff have been helpful when I have asked for information on other matters.

But It's pretty critical for anyone to have their property registered and we have been left in limbo.
