Professional and supportive

Sold 3 times
This was a long drawn out process as my property was sold 3 times in around 18 months. This was mainly due to mortgage providers requiring Deeds of variation and the property management company taking a very long time to respond. Evolve Law didn’t give up at any time.

We had a great experience with Evolve Law. Laura Mumford guided us through each step, made sure our queries were resolved promptly. She handled late changes in the contract swiftly. She also helped us fix the incorrect bill sent by the builder on the day before completion. I recommend the firm highly!

I have hired Evolve Law for the purchase of my current home and I highly recommend them. I was dealing on a tight deadline given that my rent contract was coming to an end. They went above and beyond to get it done and I have to commend how everything was done to a really good standard that I could trust them completely. On the portal, I could see all the documents that have been uploaded and every check that has been done.
Danielle kept me informed throughout with regular emails and quick replies to my regular chase emails. She even phoned me to explain some of the steps. I was extremely grateful since this was a really stressful period. She gave me enough information to understand exactly what was going on.
Whenever I phoned the company as well, I would get a quick reply and Maria helped answer all of my questions in great detail.
Even the estate agents were very complimentary of my solicitors and that says a lot. The purchase went through and everything was fine at the end despite how stressful it was and that is due to the great work done by Evolve Law.

Evolve Law helped us sell our Help To…
Evolve Law helped us sell our Help To Buy flat before the stamp duty deadline, despite a short time frame and lots of other sales happening at the same time. Chloe and Kiya were really communicative and helpful, and it was really easy to contact them over phone or email and get responses. I'd definitely use them again.
