Poor poor customer service
Poor poor customer service. Can’t get through on the phone and I’ve emailed 3 times and still no reply. Can’t get access to my voucher & no one’s there to help. Absolutely useless. Got a voucher that is MINE and I can’t get to it.

Rubbish
Genuinely rubbish now, i usually receive termly vouchers from my childs school however the last 2 times i tried to claim the voucher it keep giving me a error saying vouchers must be claimed using the same contact details that was sent to.

If the recipient has an Evouchers account that isn’t linked to those details, they will need to either create a new account using the correct information or contact the organisation that issued the voucher to update the details they hold.

Just awful!
Just awful!! It's impossible to update my details as have new email. So cannot access voucher when desperately needed. No emails or support answered. And you cannot get through on phone it is nit answered and even tells you nit to leave a message. Sender of voucher cannot retrieve it they say. No way if changing my details or even deleting my account thst just sends me back to do called support!!!! Still waiting. Even my local tech whizz could do nothing!!
