Customer support was very slow to reply. Website is glitchy and we had many problems that took ages to solve when we needed them to be solved quickly due to the amount of sessions we had running.

Couldn’t use the voucher and the app customer service and functionality is very poor. The voucher link doesn’t work, the process is really difficult and clumsy.

Voucher claim gone terribly wrong!
I received a voucher for a retailer to get some food shopping on the 6th August 2025.
As I've gone to select my retailer getting it ready for usage in the morning, I've had a message appear on my screen explaining to me that I've redeemed it or it's expired... I've always been able to select the retailer and use it and hour later or the day after but somehow I cannot get the voucher to work. It was for £90 and I really needed that. I have contacted customer support and I've read so many reviews on the app store itself saying no one's able to get a response from this company! I'm angry to say the least as I was so glad to have the help right now but it appears I'm not the only one struggling either. I hope this can get resolved as it needs addressing properly and professionally.
