Far from perfect
UPDATE:
After 2/5 review they contacted me and put some effort to fix the problem. I had to right a big feedback message and new specifications though (as well as sending a different file with vector). The new print was much better, although not without problems. Ofc I'd prefer to have the better experience right away, but I still value their willing to fix the problem and leave a better impression. Site must be improved to avoid my previous problems and it should not show transparent background on the vector files as white background. Some QA would be nice.
OLD REVIEW:
- Very bad quality of a print.
- You can see the lines where the print ends even though it must be empty by the edges.
- Wrong positioning of the print.
- Error on the site that lead to 2 prints instead of 1, one of those were empty one, and the second was on the back instead of front.
- Couldn't load the PDF with transparency, so had to use PNG instead.
- Although the worker called me about the empty print and he managed to change it to a front print he couldn't adjust the one with the back print that I asked to make front print because "it's automatic". What? You can't adjust the order before you print it?
The only good thing was that they could deliver it fast enough, although I paid for 1 day delivery, and they delivered in 2 days.

Item not delivered at my place :(
I haven’t seen the hat yet. The driver couldn’t deliver and left at the post shop near my place that I cannot not pick up during business hours. Disappointing.
I always receive parcels at my place and they are left either downstairs in the lobby or they take and leave by my door. Neither options happened and I never got contacted to open the door. Now, I had arrange someone to go off their time and collect for me since I pay extra for fast delivery.
