No Product Support In Spite of Repeated Efforts
My Excalibur Food Dehydrator experienced display issues. I have logged three separate tickets and wrote a letter to the company CEO seeking a response, yet nobody has contacted me to help me get my expensive machine in order. I am happy to pay for the repairs, but the company clearly has no interest to support the product. I only write negative reviews when I have exhausted all reasonable remedies. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS.
