They rarely respond to outreach, none of my product has ever shown up, they have offered me a refund after harassing them for over a year. They finally agreed to that in November and I’m still waiting for that refund. I have sent them multiple multiple emails and have had conversations with two of their Customer Service agents who have made these promises and still nothing…. Do not do business with them.
Update to review 8/6/24: I finally had a chance to try the trial gummies I purchased 7/16/24. Unfortunately I did not like the taste of the gummy and you need at least 2 gummies to help you sleep. So roughly, $52.00 for 30 gummies and they will last you half a month. These gummies are not cost effective. Try venacbd.com , with these gummies you only need one and you are fast to sleep. I CAN NOT recommend CBDistillery products for any reason.
I ordered the trial sample sleep gummies on 7/16/24, ordered was received 7/21/24 (when ordered you sign up for a monthly subscription of product, to be shipped after 14 days). I had not even has a chase to try the products before the company was shipping a monthly bottle to me on 7/30/24. I called and emailed the company on 7/30/24 at 7:26am requested to cancel the order so I could try the product since I had only had for 9 days not 14 days. They refused to cancel order and refused to offer a refund. They could have easily stopped the order from shipping. Will not do business with a company that has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Company never even acknowledge my followup email and never return my voice mail message.
