They up to there game helpful everyone

Totally incompetent.
They've taken a month to work out that the reg number they had on record is a typo, and the one I've given them approx. ten times is the correct one. As a result they've ordered parts for a completely different car, caused a further month's delay, and are happy to leave me without a drivable car for at least three weeks. They also threatened that I would be liable for the costs they've incurred so far in ordering parts if I requested that another company handle the repair. Earlier they booked in a repair date and then failed to collect the car or deliver a hire car as arranged. Wouldn't trust them to handle anything.

Unfortunately,my car was hit in a car park, the 'accused' kindly put a note on my an the damage repair went though her insurance, the guys that came to collect my were professional an very friendly, I was keeping the loop with updates on the progress of my car being fixed and a very good job was done, thanks guys 5 🌟

Very polite professional the whole way. Was given a courtesy car I requested manual car git it with no fuss . The repair job to my bumper badly scratched by neighbour was repaired you could not tell it was damaged. The car was washed hoovered tyres and rims were all polished clean. Amazing job done by all. My car was damaged in a R.T.A exclusive repair network up loaded it within 2 days. Got it repaired and i had it back within a couple of weeks
