Ieri abbiamo fatto un tour sull’Etna con la nostra guida Simone . Ragazzo molto simpatico , preparato , coinvolgente nelle sue spiegazioni , sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste di noi touristi . Da non dimenticare una piccolo grande carineria: raggiunto la vetta , ha tirato fuori dallo zaino dei dolcetti squisiti per rifocillarci. Grande Simone !!! Tour consigliatissimo !!

I had a truly excellent tour of Etna with Daphne from Etna Est. Highly informative, friendly, and exceeded my highest expectations. I was picked up and dropped to my hotel, learned so much, saw a lava cave, and climbed a little way up Etna. Thank you Daphne, you made my trip!

Great experience and I highly recommend it! We booked the trip from excursionsetna.com but when we received info on the meeting point it turned out we are actually going with ashara.it - it is worth checking their website as well as the price might differ.

Fantastic excursion!Florinta our tour guide was very kind and she explained everything about Etna.She drives us safe up to the mountain and we ve visited 3 different spots!Amazing experience!

We had a great time with our knowledgeable guide Simone. It was a comfortbale ride in a van with a/c. He did not only show us around the mountain and various craters, but also made several stops for exploring and explaining about caves, etc. All in all, it was wonderful.

Excelent guide. He was full o knowledge for volcano and always wanted to make as feel confortable.

Guide was very nice and informed about not only Etna but also volcanos. We visited multiples sites around Etna and guide explained everyrhing very well. Overall, once upon a lifetime experience.

So great experience. The guide was so helpful, polite and proactive in show us the viewpoints, tells us about history and make us enjoy the excursion completely.

Our trip to Mt. Etna was the best part of our visit in Sicily thanks to the smooth and well-organized trip. Our guide, Rui is a true professional and passionate about volcanoes, especially about Mt. Etna. His knowledge is unbelieveable, not to mention his fun and caring personality.
Pickup, travel and the wine tasting was also problem free and fun.
I will recommend to everyone!

Excursion au top ! Magnifique expérience pour découvrir l'Etna! Notre guide, Daniela, était très intéressante, sympathique et attentive à ce que tout se déroule parfaitement! Nous avons adoré cette journée en sa compagnie! Je recommande vraiment cette agence pour son sérieux !

The weather was so bad, we did not get to the top. Cabins did not run, so they used a special bus to take us up. There was a strong wind, snow, blizzard, and even hail. We could not see anything in 10 m. Our trip to Etna was really a waste of money. I think they should have cancelled the trip because of bad weather. Their original jeep was broken half-way and someone picked us up and drove to the cable car. Otherwise, it was a good trip. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We visited a cave and a wine-testing facility. If you rent a car, I would recommend going to Etna without a guide. You can buy tickets for the cable car over there and you can but tickets for a bus at the top of the cable car.

We were on the tour "Etna Sunset Tour Experience" and it was amazing!!! Thanks a lot to our giude Florinda, she was so kind, informative and polite! We visited one local farm for honey and wine, where you may taste wines, honey, olives, olive oils. You can purchase items there, too. We visited a place where you may see a spectacular view of the lava flows. A small cave. And the last stop - Silvestri crater. The view there is stunning! Strongly recommended!

The Etna at sunset trip was very very special! It really was magical and very atmospheric. The sunset was beautiful too. Daniella our fabulous guide was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble she was very knowledgeable and passionate about Etna which made the whole experience amazing! She even Provided a hug for my overwhelmed tearful wife! After walking around taking in the views we enjoyed a fabulous hot chocolate at the refuge. We would rate the whole trip 10/10. Thank you Daniella for making it an incredible memory for us!
