⭐ Disappointing experience with an unexpected subscription charge

I purchased two Fast Track passes at Leeds Bradford Airport for £10 each because the security queues were extremely long and I was worried about missing my flight.

I subsequently discovered that I had been charged £79 for a three-month subscription. I did not realise that purchasing the Fast Track passes would result in a recurring subscription, and this was not what I intended to purchase.

I contacted the company to request a full refund. Although they cancelled the subscription, they refused to refund the £79 and have now offered me just 20% as a goodwill gesture.

I have never used any of the subscription benefits.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I would urge anyone considering purchasing Fast Track passes to check very carefully whether they are also signing up to a recurring subscription.

I am still seeking a full refund.

disgusting scam! do not buy you will be signed through a subscription as 79£ pound will come out of your account including the 9£ paid for original fast trac ass - awful horrible customer service spoke to anne

I bought a fast track for my parents at Leeds airport on 13th September the fast track didn’t work and I paid £20 for it came with the wrong name I had to buy another one from airport website. Now I have been charged £79 for a subscription I don’t ask and I managed to cancel it today but waiting if I will be refund for that or not. It’s a scan

SCAM! Like others have found to their cost, this company are a bunch of crooked con artists surreptitiously and without authority signing you up for a £79 subscription as well as the pass fee. The airport authorities are complicit in this scam. our passes purchased from Luton Airport website. AVOID!

We tried to get fast track whilst stuck in a queue at Leeds on Sunday morning 13th Sept. The company took the 20 pound but it took 30 minutes to arrive so a waste of time. We then found out after 3 days there would be a charge for 80 pound for a subscription which as others stated isn't clear, if it was I wouldn't have ordered. The telephone wasn't answered but I did manage to get the subscription cancelled by email but not a refund on the fast track, which I assumed would be instant. We will never use again.

They sell a standard subscription disguised as "Fast Track" and won't refund the money, even if you haven't used the service

Why am I doing this

I bookwd fast track for Liverpool airport £6.00 each (2 people) on 09 September I have now got a pending transaction for £79. I booked the fast track I thought on Liverpool airport website. I will request a charge back but I need to wait until it actually debits which should be Tuesday the 15 September

Absolute scam, bought a fast pass for manchester airport then three days later they took £79 from my account claiming I signed up for subscription service. I did not knowingly sign up to anything and never got an confirmation emails of any sign up. Tried to contact to get refund but no response.
Have done charge back through bank and would advise others to do the same.
If theres no confirmation email theres no proof of purchase so transaction is fraudulant.

Warning, i payd for fasttrack ,and its ok ,but 2 days after they took 79 euro from my acaount as a member payment , and they whold do so every 3 mounth , so i canceld my card

I’m still waiting for my fast trade, it won’t down load and I’ve had to cancel a subscription that I was never aware I had, it’s only because I read other reviews that I realised on a hidden page on their site that I had. Consequently in a panic I cancelled my bank card just in case and am still waiting for the fast track that I’ve paid for !!!!! Awful awful awful

I bought fast passes for airport security and whilst they worked, I was unknowingly subscribed to a subscription that’s £79 every 3 months! When I’ve gotten in touch to get a refund they’re refusing.
I never clicked on anything to subscribe so now I’m having to go through my banking app fraud team to get my money back.

I’m one of those people who wish you could give no stars. Aldo one of those people who wishes they had read reviews before purchasing ( nothing) from this business.
I bought what I thought was a fasttrack pass for Leeds Bradford Airport but actually the pass won’t open and despite numerous attempts to get a refund the company says they won’t. I have taken this up with my credit card company and urge anyone in the sane position as me to do the same

Don’t waste your money or time with these people. Waste of time. They don’t answer or won’t answer your calls and you can’t collect your voucher because the link comes up “server can’t be found”. So basically IT’S A CON

Scam site. Took my money and sent blank passed that wouldn't up loaded. I emailed day before my flight to cancel and wouldn't refund my card. Stay clear
