Hi so I used expandi and within 24 hours of syncing my account, linkedin completely banned me and shut my account down.

Linkedin sent a message saying that the automation tools caused us to be banned.

this caused our marketing to backslide and we're still not able to unlock our accounts after a week of reaching out to supports.

I reached out to get a refund from expandi and let them know what had happened and to shut down the account.

The only reply i got was "our finance team is out of the office right now but they'll be in touch next week some time".

They sent an automated message with a link on how to deactivate my account.

keep in mind i did chat with the human on this poor service and not a bot.

i do not recommend using this tool unless you want to end up in a bad situation.

As a freelance recruiter, it has been a game changer. I was able to bypass the constraints imposed by LinkedIn's stringent connection request policies using Expandi, making it considerably easier for me to reach out to possible applicants. It has also enabled me to gain access to a new channel of communication other than regular email or phone calls. It is simple to use and quite strong. Chat help has been very helpful but but there are some bugs that've taken a few weeks for the tech team to work through (still ongoing) that caused me to pause my campaign. There are also a lot of nuances the user needs to be aware of to avoid duplicative messages being sent.

Chat help was fantastic. Wish I'd known about it 2 days earlier! The response was clear and fast and such a relief to clearly know what step to take to correct my error and get my campaign running again.

Walking through the platform was very intuitive and seamless. It's a great service and personalized attention that you get from every member of the Expandi Team. Very Happy and excited to be using this platform and with every interaction that I have with the representatives.

The CX is always great, they are always ready and willing to help with any issues that you encounter. The UI is intuitive enough that you don't really need to go through the tutorial videos to get a basic campaign running.

Patricija was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail, and shared comprehensive Loom videos, which were extremely helpful in starting our first campaign.

Artur was very helpful. The way he gives instructions on what to do was very comprehensive. He is good in what he was doing.

Neville was very helpful in walking me through the platform and setting up my first Expandi campaign. I can't wait to see how it performs :)

I never leave reviews but this has to be one of the Worst Automation tools and Headaches I've used. The tool would get stuck and not send out anything for HOURS, sometimes days. It was recommended by Alex Berman, who I thought would take notice to the crap tool he is pushing.

Terrible support, they bill your card before the trial ends. I reached out for a refund and haven't heard back. Be aware.

Expandi is a great tool to boost your results with LinkedIn. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate.

They have great support, and they are always working on making things better.

Lesia did a very clear job of explaining to me exactly what Expandi is providing me for my year long annual payment for its campaign management.

I so respect how she can stay so productive and so personable in Kiev during Putin's assault on Ukraine!
