If I could, I would award no star at all.
I ordered a sewing kit, which took months to arrive. They didn't send me a kit, just a padded shape with an illustration on it - no embroidery threads, no felt shapes, no instructions, so not a KIT. I emailed Expansioy, who said that was what I had ordered. They could not send me a copy of my order. I am sure I ordered the complete set, because I am very wary of these Far East companies, having once received a storage bag for an item I didn't have.
Several emails were exchanged, with the offer of a £4 goodwill refund. That was much less than I had paid, so I declined. Apparently that was the most they would refund, and paying more could cause the person to lose their job! I asked for the returns address but, like others, I was told it would cost too much to send the item.
Last week, an email arrived, offering a full refund because of the delivery problems. Needless to say, I haven't received the refund, and they have reverted offering £4.
Do not order anything from Expansioy!

Ordered, the supposedly indestructible dog bear (2 for 1) in December. In February, 1 bear arrived and a ball, made out of brittle plastic, with what looked like a screw sticking out of it!!!
I took pictures of both, before putting the ball straight in the bin (clearly, very dangerous for any dog) I gave the bear to my dog and watched her tear it apart in less than 30 seconds. There was a plastic "bubble squeaker" inside, which could easily have been swallowed. I took a photo of destroyed toy too.
I sent both photos to their customer service team, who offered a £2 "good will gesture", then offered £4, when I refused. I accepted neither.
Apparently, despite them having photos of both products, they insisted that they needed to be returned to China (costing more than product value) to receive a refund!
Bottom line, really nasty, dangerous products that should be avoided.

I order this dog toy before xmas, took ages to be delivered, tracking was all over the place.
it was advertised as new unbreak-beear for heavy chewers a toy that could nit be destroyed.

well after my dog having it for less that 5 mins, he managed to destroy.
Paypal also didn't assist in this matter, which is very poor.

Took ages to come. Then when they arrived I’d bought 2 (one each) I gave the toys to our dogs and while I was putting packaging in the bin one of my dogs had already pulled the stuffing out of the toy and was choking! He vomited while we were removing the stuffing from his throat. I took photos of the torn toys but because I threw them (the toys with vomit) away I’m not getting a refund! I wish I’d kept the vomit and the toys and returned them! PayPal no help whatsoever!! We still count ourselves lucky as we could have lost our dog to these dangerous toys!

Bought an indestructible dog toy that was destroyed within 5 mins. Customer service appalling and not able to get a refund, I have to pay to ship it back to them for that which would cost more than the item. Do not buy from them!

Fake scammers take your money and fob you off saying they have sent item and to check with post office and neighbours. Erm i have a ring doorbell and it has not been to my house at all. I also ordered this indestructible toy on the 12/12/24 !!

Seems to be the common theme here. Ordered an indestructible dog toy just before Christmas, went for the special offer of two for approximately £24. I'm still waiting, that said a UPS driver rolled up the other day asking for £50 to deliver something, no idea what as he didn't show me the package..........

Took our dog 23 seconds to tear it apart. Genuine Chinese scam company, will not replace as per original guarantee because, and I quote’ “Dogs have sharp teeth”
Offered us £2 refund on £16 toy.
Awful awful awful. The reason why people mistrust Chinese products.
Avoid. Would have given zero stars but not possible

Like others, ordered a dog toy in early December. Still not arrived, tracking shows that it has been less than 100 miles from me for the last 3 weeks with no further updates. I do receive replies to e-mails fairly quickly but they just fob me off with promises of it being expediated.

I've had no response to my requests for a refund so I've have raised a case via my credit card company.

Their tracking system shows item stationary for last 2 weeks. Customer services have replied giving a different tracking number ?? Feels like a scam !

Order a dog toy at the beginning of December and still haven’t received it. Email customer service and no response. Tracking doesn’t change. Pretty sure this is a fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are miss selling products that clearly do not do what it says in the item description! Bought a dog toy for as they described "heavy chewers and indestructible" well my dog had it less than 5 minutes and she had chewed it to pieces! Absolutely rubbish!

Ordered before Christmas and after a month told it was delivered to me. Obviously it wasn't but no budging from them, only to say check your neighbours and post office! Tried to open a dispute through PayPal who just said, they gave us a tracking number nothing we can do. Going round in circles and getting nowhere. Do not use this company, buying local from now on and not through PayPal, you are not covered and no one wants to help.

After ordering I became uneasy so one hour after ordering asked to cancel but was told my order was at warehouse and cancelling was no longer an option. So I will have to see if it arrives. Not holding any high hopes . So cancelling is just fiction.

Awful company. Ordered a pair of jeans from them in August. Firstly they took more from my debit card than stated. I contacted them and enquired as to why and it turns out it was customs charge which they refunded. However my parcel never arrived. Evri admitted they lost it but that they refund Expansioy for this so advised I have to pursue Expansioy for a refund. Expansioy tell me that they sent it to the address I requested so accept no responsibility!? To date I am STILL pursuing a refund for goods that I have not received. I will never order from them again and would recommend to avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Jumpsuit from this company. The material was nasty. I contacted them asking for a return address and a refund. They advised me it would be expensive to return, they told me to sell it to a friend. I advised that was not an option and I wanted a refund. They offered me a £2 refund. I declined this. They are no longer communicating with me. I would not advise you purchase anything from this company. Unless you accept you can not return it

I placed my order 29/07/23 and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer services, at first they replied very apologetic and said they have asked the courier to update me but I've still heard nothing. I have requested a full refund but now they aren't replying to my emails. Not happy!

AVOID, total scam, turned up 3 months later, not denim and 10 times larger than requested. I asked for copy of my order and return address, neither of which they would give me. They say as not faulty won’t let me return. They actually suggested if I was not happy with them to give to friend/family member!
Going in rubbish bin, doubt if charity shops would take, ok for rags!

Ordered some DIY bracelets for my granddaughter for Christmas, first of all I was overcharged so check your bank statement, I straight away complained and this was refunded the next day ,the real down side is that they keep sending updated travel which you don't know is legit or not because they don't answer any questions you send ,finally today the goods have arrived after a long wait and I am pleased with them ,if you need anything in a hurry it won't work,

Ordered pull on denim joggers as advertised as the best - well let me tell you they ARE NOT. Took weeks and weeks to arrive (allegedly coming from Rockford, USA...... RUBBISH!) When I opened the package the most ghastly, horrid, cheap pair of enormous jeans fell out. I personally think they have been taken from a scarecrow in a field. They are hideous they are wide enough for two people, long enough for three people, Cheap, nasty cotton definitely not denim. I contacted customer service and they try to fob you off with its what you ordered, I can assure you that I did not order such a horrid item of clothing and rest assured I will not be ordering again. My advice if you are considering these DON'T DO IT JUST THROW YOU MONEY OUT OF THE WINDOW you will get more pleasure watching it float down the street. Absolute crap!
