I ordered from here but hadn't seen the other reviews about the company that people had left.
I ordered some jeans on 3 August 2023. I was informed they were in Birmingham in the UK on 30 August 2023 but didn't actually receive them until today, 3 October 2023.
The quality of the products are good and I'm extremely happy and believe that they're value for money.
If you need something to arrive pretty promptly then I would advise not to purchase from this company.

Absolute scammers. False tracking that constantly was being updated admittedly but was just a delay tactic in you realising you'd been scammed and AI chatbot service centre that goes round in circles.

SCAM take your money and don’t send the goods, customer service terrible kept telling me to keep my patient! 6 weeks and nothing delivered and couldn’t give me tracking number. Went to PayPal and they have refunded me but stay clear of this company

SCAM - ordered some trousers on 6th August and still not received. According to the tracker they arrived in Manchester UK on 6th September. I personally do not believe this to be the case. I was originally charged the wrong amount and was told it was an error, I did receive that money back. I have requested a refund via their useless customer support, that bit is being totally ignored as it is can only respond with automatic answers like blaming the delay on the weather! Thankfully it wasn’t a huge amount of money and is just one of those things. My advice, do not order from this company ever, learnt a valuable lesson. If I could give no star I would!

Ordered trousers on 18th August to take on my hols (deluded fool😂). VAT was unexpectedly added and I then learned they were supposedly coming from the USA which wasn’t in the ad! 28 days later and still not arrived (I think tracking service is bogus too). Contacted their useless ‘customer service’ twice and got absolutely nowhere so asked PayPal for a refund who were brilliant … the cash was back in my account in seconds. Will not be ordering from Facebook EVER again. If you’re in same position get your money back!!!

DEFINITELY SCAM TRACKING SERVICE … For over 2 weeks now my parcel has apparently been stuck in a semi detached house in Manchester!!! 😡🤬

Update: Still awaiting arrival. Have been referred to customer services many times but you get redirected to to an automated site that just tells you that your order is with the carrier and they have chased them. Supposedly arrived in Bristol at the end of August and is now 20 October. Presume I will never see my swimming costume!

Ordered 3 aug but has still not arrived although tracking has said it was in uk on 31august. Emailed and was sent a link which has set questions and when you type in your own comment it either says you have not entered your order number or that the carrier has not updated their tracking!! Rather stating the obvious.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Didn't receive item and customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Have emailed customer service and they email with a link that doesn't work. Have not received item - so cannot comment on quality. Keep requesting a refund... but nothing and no item!! AVOID!!!!

I have given expansioy a 1 star as delivery was ok after that terrible items were of very poor quality and not even close to being true to size emailed customer support to get a refund sent pictures of items in original packaging and proof of how I paid 23 emails back and forth later still no refund keep offering me between £1 and £4 compensation explained 13 times I do not want compensation on items that are no use to me but keep sending me the same emails on how it will be expansive to return and how it would be bad for the company to have to refund me so be warned DO NOT SHOP WITH EXPANSIOY unless you want to loose money
