Order goods with prompt delivery from stock

No goods received & no message, when progressed said would call back & never did. This happened on two more occasions before a part delivery was finally sent containing parts I had not ordered & had no use for - utterly useless.

I needed the goods i ordered and they have not arrived. Not happy at all. Wish I had used Ebay or any other supplier than you as I have had an electrician onsite with no parts and it will now cost me for another visit if they ever turn up. I have spent thousands with you mover the last 2 years, but this was dealing with your company by phone. Perhaps when it is just an internet oder you are less interested.

I am sure I will not hear from you as most companies use these feedback sites purely for the good feedback!

If you are looking for something electrical try this outfit

I find the website ordering process a little clunky. If you order a push button you are likely to want contacts for it but you have to come back to the previous page. It would be good if the other parts were linked from the same page.I have made mistakes ordering before because of this.
Carriage for next day delivery is too high, and the size of order has no bearing on carriage.
Overall though the prices cannot be beaten

Paid for next day delivery took 3/4 days to arrive
Locks came without keys have phone 3 times to chase them up still no keys. have now source locally .
Will continue to use but could do with paying more attention
Have a very good range of products and friendly staff

Fast efficient service, all the parts in stock, I did feel stung by the postage charges on a subsequent small order that would have fitted into a small jiffy bag, the cost of the postage was amost twice the cost of the items, may be a small order charge could be introduced.

Good product, good communications, helpful, fast delivery.

Reasonably priced components.

Ordered my parts on my I pad. But I mistakenly ordered a wrong part for a selector switch, I phoned them to explain my mistake and they replaced the items with the correct parts postage free as long as I posted the incorrect items back and items arrived with in 24 hrs! This is the best customer service I have ever had. Looking forward to place my next order. Staff are very helpful and couldn't find a better price on my items anywhere else on the web. Many thanks to all the staff
