I purchased 2 ExpertPower batteries, 12v, 9ah, for my APC 1350 UPS in April 2025. By November they were bad. It got to be the last week in December and the situation still has not been resolved under warranty of one year.

Beware of this company they send defective products and will argue with you about returning them. Stay away at all costs. They want you to drive to an auto zone to prove they’re products are a scam. Will never buy from this company again.
I purchased a solar kit from this company off Amazon.com. It took forever to arrive. Once it arrived it was missing the battery cable and solar panel mounting hardware. It came with an extra solar panel cable. I contacted the company through Amazon. After multiple emails back and forth they wanted me to take pictures of what arrived and the packages. I had already unboxed everything and had it move out to my shed for installing. I'm a disabled veterans so it's not easy for me to go out there and gather everything up for pictures, especially when it makes no sense to do so. The extra cable then sent me is worth more than the mounting hardware and battery cable combined. So if I were being dishonest why would I tell them about the extra cable? The Amazon page shows what comes with the kit, so I would have to be pretty stupid not to know what's missing. The packages were in perfect condition and I told them this from the very first email. I finally told them to forget about it, I would buy the parts myself. People need to know about this company and it's poor customer support.
