Great customer service. When my first order was received damaged, they immediately set out to ship another, which arrived a couple days later. Would highly recommend ExpressMed.

Excellent service
I was running out of incontinence pads for Mom and ExpressMed was extremely efficient in shipping and getting delivery...and I didn't have to ask for the order to be expedited. I'll be getting more supplies from you! Thank you for the excellent service.

Very poor communication.
This company cancelled and refunded me for my order shortly after I made the order. I called to find out why. The rep couldn't give me a reason. She could only guess.

Transport Rollator
I received my order in 3 days! The rollator is well made and super heavy duty. My husband is 250 pounds and needs good stability. The seat is roomy and I can push him sitting down with ease. The larger wheels made it easier for him to walk on the lawn when he cares to. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.

What I think is a rip off is
I wanted to purchase two 2packs of rings
They would only let me order one at a time and a 795 shipping cost
That’s where I think your company is kind of rip off
It said enable to ship to but I could order two orders like I said 795 for shipping cost which does not cost that much
