Express Music Opiniões

After a lot of research I decided to buy a mid-range Taylor guitar. There is only one authorised dealer within 100 miles of where I live, and they were unable to supply the one I wanted.

I knew nothing about Express Music, but chose them largely on the strength of their impressive reviews on this site.

I'm glad I did, as the whole experience was faultless, and the price was very competitive. The guitar was despatched same day and delivered by FedEx in immaculate condition within 24 hours of order - despite a journey of almost 500 miles.

The guitar itself is gorgeous, and a joy to play. I would have no hesitation in buying from Express Music again. Thank you - you have made an old man very happy!

Rapid replies to my questions. Kept up to date with the transaction. Item exactly as described, perfectly packaged. Good price, smooth and friendly experience. Would definitely use them again

Express Music is an excellent guitar store & Tim can always be relied on to provide top class customer service, advice & assistance.

I’m new to learning the Bass guitar and I called Express Music for advice, I was met with loads of great advice, patience and a great level of customer service. I was invited down to check out their amazing showroom where I was made to feel welcome and wasn’t rushed. I can’t wait to buy my first bass and I will definitely be coming back to Express to buy it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I phoned Express Music about a preowned guitar case they had advertised, as I wanted to check if my PRS guitar would fit. The person who took the call said that she thought they had the same type of guitar, so would check that it fitted and get back to me. A couple of minutes later she WhatsApp-ed a photo of the PRS guitar in the case to me! I ordered the case over the phone and am really pleased with it (it looks like new). I was very impressed with the buying experience - Thanks!

Bought a secondhand Gretsch Streamliner from Express Music in the run up to Christmas, it was delivered next working day with brand new strings and pro-setup at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else. Cannot fault the service.

Great customer service and fantastic bass guitar - thank you

Great items, was able to collect within an hour, got my things as soon as I arrived. No complaints!

Thanks to the Team at Music Express, Tim Paul Hariett,
I emailed them for a Gibson les Paul i was interested in, they gave me more pictures and detailed info on the item which i needed as i was 1.5 hours away, I arranged to view it on the 17/12/24. Well i couldnt be more satisfied with my customer service and their knowledge, it was as described. I`ve been playing for 50 years and its great to see that you can still get this kind trustworthy experience. Thankyou. All the best
