Resposta da The Felt Box
Thank you, Grace. I am sorry that your express order took from 29 August to 5 September to arrive. We send express orders out the same day, so it is especially disappointing when a parcel is then delayed with the courier. I am pleased the goods were right, but Royal Mail was not at its best on this occasion. Olga / The Felt Box
