Really discrete ; gentle ; professional ;efficient ; local & thorough service -that was not painful at all -they were sorted without the need for an operation which would have been painful &stressful with downtime which EXROID did not need

Sympathetic and understanding
Initial contact by telephone was carefully listened to so after a sympathetic discussion I booked with the nearest clinic. My specialist was kind, explained everything clearly both before and during both treatments I received over 6 months. I was kept distracted during the short treatment by a chatty conversation about life in general.

Procedure feedback
I received an amazing care from Ms. Sammartino. The procedure itself was a bit uncomfortable, lasted not even 30 mins but I felt an immediate relief afterwards.It has been 4 weeks and I haven't had any symptoms I described prior to the treatment. Would highly recommend.
My only regret was not doing it earlier.

Hey I am Kane I will give you my run down of exroid
so just like all of us I guess this was 5 or so years ago someone close to me passed I was working no one even cared if I was late or anything I just enjoyed the job so much I forced out not alotta remember going down feeling a tad eh I jumped up on a make-up counter shock though my system, now like all of us 3 months pasted and I didn't know whats wrong but just feeling off, I leave another job and go I gotta get this fixed like you I bent over for the gp they tell you its roids and you looked it up and found exroid so that was me I looked at everything saw the guy who made it and just study it cause I am spending a grand but I was so steadfast these was my people so I called (got ross who is the guy, his the head of exroid comms I've talked to him over the 3years) and he sorted out a treatment in a month now that month for me was eating soup, eggs and water I saw the blood and brokedown (dont like blood like it even less coming out the booty) but the month came and went and it was time I went there, I got a run down of everything I read I knew I was ready I wanted it gone, the treatmeant very simple, your on your side a finger then a camara then a thing to zap the roids away (its been 3 since I've looked it up I forgot what its called) he did it two times on the two roids and in about 30ish mins done its in canterbury so I went shopping after, it didn't 100% clear up so it took about a year ish too pop back up but as soon as I know it was the roids got back in contact with ross think I msg at 3 in the morning he called me next day and got another treatment in 2weeks at 700 this was even faster 20ish mins you have a lovely lady all the time talking to you and the best thing to do its just have a chat while the doctor is doing his job.
then a year passed and over the summer I felt this same feeling but a little differnet and I just said wait to I get my next job then call them and sort it (should of just sorted it, slightly dumb) after a good 3/4/5ish months, I give in and send the ross a email just to tell him I am just not happy its been 3 years it should of been gone in the 1st he then called let me rant, didnt force getting more treatmeants and I said sure talk to the doc had it again (3rd treatmeant I have broken nothing have nothing wrong with me but this) and my 1st roids went these was new ones with an added fissures they went pretty much during the 3rd treatmeant so I've had 4 roids treated (I gotta say I was dreading the 3 time I just gave up but talking to the doc just helped me see straight) so now (I pray) I got no roids and just the fissures too sort out but thats with cream and stuff thats got nothing to do with hemmroids.
if you got some saving money or can give up a grand I say try it cause the more you try and live with it or put it off the worser it gets, theres no better feeling then not having that nagging pain in the bum

I have had haemorrhoids since giving birth to my daughter 28 years ago! Treatments have included creams, suppositories, banding and, in 2023, a THD operation. I then found out about eXroid and wish I’d tried that first. It was pain-free and I only needed 2 treatments to deal with my grade 2 and grade 3 haemorrhoids. The treatment relieved some symptoms immediately and within weeks, I was symptom-free. Incredible treatment by professional and caring practitioners. The whole service is faultless in my point of view.

Being nervous on arrival
Being nervous on arrival, I found the staff very friendly and welcoming, the medical centre was very clean and modern, the doctor was very informative putting me at ease, and the treatment was a little uncomfortable but not painful, the treatment after 4 weeks has been very successful.

Being impartial as possible...
After two procedures in Glasgow one in May, one a month ago late September:
The pros:
-the procedure did reduce my main symptom which was moderate bleeding.
- the doctors were friendly, sensitive to my needs and knew what they were doing both times.
- I went straight to work on both occasions without the need for painkillers. Totally non-invasive.
- after the first procedure I was symptom free for 3 months, despite my physically active lifestyle and strenuous job. I did make some lifestyle alterations but still ate what I wanted for the most part.
- Symptoms did return but were milder than before.
The cons:
- It does hurt, depends on the location but the pain ranges from 5/10 to a 9/10.
- I went in with two grade 2 piles yhe first time and the second time I was advised I still had one grade 2 and two grade 1 piles. I'm not saying anything against the procedure itself. It's just the reality with piles. When they close off blood supply in one location, that blood will find a different channel.
For somebody else, they may be set after just one procedure. For me, I need three, possibly more.
- Probably not suitable for people with advanced piles.
I reported a dull ache from time to time during my 4 week checkup today. I was advised to book another appointment for examination purposes and that I could opt out of the actual procedure if I feel it wouldn't help.
I will report back when that it is done.
My general feeling right now is that Exroids is a good way of managing symptoms, however it's too expensive if you have to go multiple times a year.

It is hard to predict how each person's haemorrhoids will respond to treatment, which is why we say most need between 1-3 treatments to get resolution. In fact it isn't always necessary that the more advanced they are the more they will need and indeed this treatment is far better for advanced haemorrhoids compared to the alternatives, both in success, risk as well as overall cost. We have patients that come with G3/4 and only need 1-2 treatments - every person is completely unique in this.

Long term sufferer
Long term sufferer. Was doubtful when I saw the website but was in so much pain I gave it a go. Absolutely amazing. Treatment was painful at first but bareable. Similar to having a tattoo. But the Outcome was amazing the four week period they just got smaller and less painful. The doctor Ayo at Harley street was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff at Exroid. Highly recommended if you can afford to pay the Fees

Miraculous Outcome!
I never expected the outcome of the procedure to be what it is - absolutely MIRACULOUS!!! I have suffered for nearly 40 years with my haemorrhoids and during my last and worst flare up, whereby NOTHING seemed to work, I started looking at possible procedures to help alleviate/eliminate the pain. First of all
First of all, I would like to say that I really recommend this treatment. I had 2 exroid treatments. The last one was on 17/09/2025. I don't remember the date of the first treatment, but it was at least 6 years ago. The experience would be like this. After the first treatment, I returned to my normal routine the same day. After some time (about 6 years), I had to repeat the procedure again. This treatment was a little more painful than the first. My symptoms recurred after 7 days. I was a little disappointed, I started to think that I would need further treatment. Then I received advice from the doctor to wait 4 weeks after the treatment before taking any further action. Then I tried to reduce activity to a minimum and give myself time to heal. Now, 4 weeks after the treatment, I feel better, everything seems to be healing. So from my experience, I would like to advise not to worry if not everything is restored on the first day of treatment. Just reduce your activity and give yourself time to heal.

From start to finish my experience with eXroid has been excellent. The treatment for me has been very successful- my consultant said I had 3 x grade 1 haemorrhoids - I was symptom free almost immediately and now 4 weeks post treatment have no symptoms.
