I have had my piles done by eXroid before.I cannot praise the treatment enough.Over the years I have been to my own GP on 2 occasions he told me not to have them operated on the traditional way.If I could persevere do so.
I decided to Google alternative treatments and came across exroid.I had no pain during or after treatment.It was 5 years before I had the treatment again.

I've had 3 treatment appointments during 2023 and the consultation & treatment was very professional, efficient and effective. Thanks Exroid - great service.

I can't recommend eXroid enough. I had x3 prolapsed grade 4 piles. I could always 'feel' them there but a couple of weeks after the first treatment I didnt have that sensation of feeling them there. At my 2nd treatment it was confirmed two of them had shrunk to grade 2 with one stubborn one still at grade 4. Buy my third appointment the stubborn one had shrunk to grade 2, one had disappeared and the third maybe a grade one.

I thought I had know hope of ever getting rid of grade 4 piles but eXroid has proved it is possible. The procedure wasn't painful, more uncomfortable and you can just get on with your daily business after apart from strenuous exercise.

Exroid were so friendly and helpful, especially Graham who I owe a great debt to for bringing eXroid to the UK. They always called me 4 weeks after each treatment to see how I was.

I was treated by Mr Oshowo who I would strongly recommend. He put me at ease, made me laugh, was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He will be removing my skin tags as part of the final process.

As a newly single woman, eXroid have given me my confidence back. You no longer have to accept living with piles, this treatment works and is life changing.

I extremely disappointed with the treatment I had with them ; I had the consultation and treatment at the same day and they said everything alright, however I could felt the same thing following the treatment.When I rang them to tell this, they said to wait till 4 weeks time and I waited ; then I made the call and asked about the follow up I can get because I was in the Same situation before the surgery. However they asked me to pay a huge amount which is similar to first payment(more than £1000) , to get a further appointment, which was never mentioned before . It’s very frustrating because even after paying a huge amount for treatment ,the problem was still there and you have to pay again “to cure it” . And it all happened in just 4 weeks time .such a waste of time, money and pain . What I believe is they are trying to make money out of poor needy people by not doing their job properly: I ever in my life recommend this company for treatment .if you want the treatment they will tell you that Within the first appointment you will be fine , if not they will give follow ups, but be careful it’s just a trick to collect money from you , they will charge you a huge amount for each appointment. They will make you to have appointments

I do not usually write reviews but after my recent experience with exroid i thought i would just in case it could help somebody else. Having had several treatments over the last thirty years including a haemoroidectomy and three lots of banding i decided to give exroid treatment a go, although i was sceptical and it seemed a lot of money at the time i went ahead anyway. I had one treatment in the manchester clinic and the result was immediate and my three grade 3 piles are no more, the treatment is not painful just a little uncomfortable but the doctor and the chaperone were wonderful at putting you at ease. Its been a couple of months now since the treatment and i can honestly say i am symptom free. Thanks again exroid team for changing my life.

The service provided is what you would expect from a private medical service.

I had grade 3 and 4 piles and before being diagnosed I wasn’t aware of what this referred to. If you have grade 4 you are almost certainly going to require a second treatment.

My first treatment was excellent and left me with one persistent pile and a second small pile that was little more than a bump, they were both zapped on the second go. The recovery after the first treatment was fine with only slight bleeding which quickly returned to normal. However, after the second treatment it did take longer for everything to calm down with mild discomfort lasting about ten days.

If money wasn’t an issue I would probably have gone for one more examination and treatment, but life is much better and as long as I manage my diet, I have no problems, long may it last.

I developed haemorrhoid's about a year ago at the same time as being diagnosed with cancer although the two issues were not linked. Thanks to an excellent NHS my cancer is being well managed but my haemorrhoids failed to respond to treatment and banding was recommended. This I didn't want and I was very fortunate to find eXroid on the internet. My first session was pain free and I drove 50 miles home straight after the treatment for 3 grade 3 haemorrhoids. It was great to get out again without the worry of the haemorrhoids being a nuisance.
Unfortunately, after four weeks, one of the little blighters returned so Graham quickly arranged a second treatment. I was fully aware that it could take more than one session to clear them up. All went well and as before with no pain whatsoever. Over the next couple of weeks I did notice that it felt my inner sphincter had lost some of its tightness but is not a big issue. I am 80 and my stretch ability does take a little longer to recover. Anyway, it must have been about another 5 weeks before the haemorrhoids were making a comeback. I arranged my third session and it went pain free and I was hopeful that we were near to beating them.
It is now almost 5 weeks and I am haemorrhoid free so it was worth persevering with, so well done eXroid.

I wish I had discovered Exroid a lot sooner. Having suffered in silence for years, I believed I could manage the condition myself though good diet and over the counter remedies but I was really fooling myself and it was progressively getting worse. Conventional treatments concerned me in either not being effective or needing an operation under general anaesthetic.
Finding Exroid on the internet seemed too good to be true but I bit the bullet and made my appointment. I have had 2 treatments for grade 3 piles and now have no symptoms at all. The consultant explains the process and you feel in safe hands. I felt no pain during or after the procedure. The chaperone held a comforting hand on my shoulder throughout and I welcomed her chatting whilst having it done. I walked out feeling fine. The founder, Graham, has subsequently called to check if I am Okay. A caring organisation and a miracle procedure.

This treatment has been amazing. I have suffered from haemorrhoids on and off over the years.
For the last year or so they became worse, especially the last two months before my first treatment in June this year. I was in extreme pain when passing stools, a lot of blood in the toilet. The pain/severe discomfort would last for many hours after each passing, seriously affecting my life. Thankfully my partner came across the eXroid treatment and after doing some research which included checking the reports on TrustPilot, I contacted the company. They were very professional right from the start. My consultant determined I had a Fissure and three grade 3 haemorrhoids. He explained the treatment would not cure the Fissure and that the Fissure was the likely source of my pain. He said reducing the haemorrhoids would help significantly reduce the pain and I can tell you, it did. I was in a lot of pain already on the day of the first treatment which made the actual treatment very uncomfortable but I knew something had to be done and 30mins of more pain would be worth it, it was. Throughout the treatment my consultant and his assistant were very calming and caring. With every passing day my pain level post passing stools reduced, 80% pain free within 2weeks. I returned for one more treatment.

The consultant prescribed a cream to help with the Fissure, I’m still using the cream and hoping it will cure it but thankfully I am pain free.
I would recommend this treatment, it helped me immensely.

After suffering (pain, itching etc.. - big ones that prolapse) for many years - I heard about this and watched the YouTube materials - it looked good so I went for a treatment - 20 minutes of uncomfortableness - the next day there was already an improvement - 2 days later no more pain or itching - after a month, they still prolapse a little bit when I do my business but no pain/swelling - life changing !
Have booked a follow up session to shrink them down further.

Absolutely delighted. Had suffered over a year with internal piles that came and went and caused numerous problems. Results almost immediate. Consultation was very thorough and grade 2 and 3 piles diagnosed. Treatment was same day immediately after consultation. Very comfortable procedure that was well explained throughout. No discomfort afterwards. And more importantly no more piles or symptoms. Highly recommend.

Well, I fell for it! Having suffered with piles for years I researched treatments and found Exroid. It sounded too good to be true and I actually said this to the advisor on the telephone, she laughed, but it all sounded so plausible and everyone I talked to was so friendly and reassuring that I borrowed the money and went ahead. Despite Exroids claims that the treatment is above the dentate line so won’t be painful, it was excruciating. However, I persevered. There was no change in my symptoms at all. Then Graham Bason rang after about 5 weeks. He is the founder of the company, not a medical man but an excellent salesman! He said I needed another treatment, gave me a couple of choices for dates and said they wouldn’t return my money if I couldn’t make the date I reluctantly chose, but would schedule another date. They then changed this date twice, although the excuses they gave were I’m sure true.
I went for my second treatment today but couldn’t go through with it as the pain was so bad. I hope I get my money back. Medical people should not be allowed to cause this much pain to their patients. Exroid if you read this please don’t send me a standard reply. Either give me a proper explanation or none at all.
