Cost of shipping insurance was very affordable. The process to report a damage claim was super easy and had a very fast response. Customer service was great. Would use again in the future

It was very simple and easy took a couple pictures sent them into them and within one business day I was approved with the virtual card to purchase my new tire would definitely use extend again for warranties

start out very disappointing with the virtual assistance, finally got a hold of a customer service associate named Todd. He was very helpful and I am grateful for his help. Best way to improve is get more human interaction.

When I called the Lady I spoke with was very professional and helpful. She took all my information to help me with the warranty claim. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. I received a Email the same day with the credit card information so I could order another refrigerator. I'm totally pleased with everything that worked out.

I had always stayed away from purchasing an extended warranty when they were offered to me at the time of purchase. I felt if the product that I was buying was highly recommended and already had a warranty on it. Why would you spend anymore. Also, over the years I have heard that most companies that offered the extensions on warranties would just give you a lot of excuses on why they would not cover your product or just pro rate it.
Several years ago, I had purchased a new Motor Guide Trolling motor with the built in Pinpoint Gps.
Since this unit was very expensive an featured all the new technology in today's trolling motor world, I had decided to go ahead and purchase the extended warranty. I will have to admit that I am glad I did. The warranty company I used was Extend Inc. This motor had failed due to a faulty main drive gear. I had spent hours on the phone with different companies and even the OEM, trying to purchase a replacement gear. Everyone had told me that the gear that I am needing, is no longer available. So, I had decided to call Extend Inc. where I had purchased the warranty.
The customer service agent was very, very helpful and polite. He had instructed me on how to file a claim on-line and forward it on. Then I should hear back from someone within 24 hrs. I was kind of shocked when I had received an email back within 5/6 hrs. that my claim had been approved for a full refund towards the purchase of a new motor. My experience with Extend Inc. was just outstanding.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an Extended warranty for their purchases.

Good company had shipping insurance through them on a part from car parts.even though the contract had expired because car parts did not tell me I needed a police report they still took care of it on a one time deal went way above and beyond to get me a full refund it took a little time for initial contact but after that they took care of me with a full refund woman that represented was so kind and respectful and handled business thank you extend.com

I spent 20% more on a mattress order about 3 months ago for a brand new mattress to get the 10 year protection plan. We had a flood and lost everything early July and Extend found every term possible in their contract to avoid helping me with this unexpected loss. I was told if something spilt on it or it was damaged they would replace it but because it got wet they would not. After days and hours of phone conversations, my boyfriend and I had to contact Nectar who helped us in getting a replacement. Needless to say, I did not repurchase a new protection plan from this company.

Scam. They’re just like an insurance company and will do anything they can to avoid giving you money for coverage. They will make up excuse after excuse just so they don’t have to deal with you.

I had a tear in my couch and contacted my warranty for it - Extend. You could not do what their website said as it would keep erroring. I contacted them by email but they were not good at timely responding and therefore it took me a month and a half to get it repaired. They also ended up assigning two different repair companies because of lack of communication. I had to keep calling them to correct things. I just literally got another email today stating they did not know we had a current servicer for the repairs though they assigned them. But what is even more disturbing is today is August 12th and the repairs were done on July 26th.
The repair people from Ashley Home Furniture were great but the customer service of the warrant department is not. It was not easy at all.

Having lost a large sum due to damage incurred during an earlier shipment (a pricey amplifier), I decided to use Extend. GLAD I DID! The package in question was beaten up during shipping, but Extend covered it in full with minimal effort on my part. I would highly recommend their service!

This company will scam you. Beware! I bought warranty on a composite softball bat. The bat cracked during normal bp a month later. When I turned in a claim they denied saying it was because things that normally have to be replaced such as batteries, light bulbs etc are not covered. A barrel on a softball bat? Come on! This is the second time I’ve had trouble with this company from a claim on a bat. Last time they denied it saying the bat was covered by a manufacturer warranty. After some back and forth they finally covered it. I thought ok an honest mistake, I’ll try again. Now I know they will just look for any excuse to deny. Once again I find myself editing a review. After a lot of back and forth and once again being told the bat was covered by a manufacturer then a merchant’s warranty (even after I sent a screenshot stating no warranty) I finally got to talk to someone on the phone. The representative was extremely helpful and within a day the issue was resolved. So they did cover the bat. I guess I can’t complain but will I buy the warranty on the next bat? I don’t know.

I had to call customer service 4 times with 4 different problems & they where because I didn't understand what I needed to do!! These people were the very best all of them helped me through each and ever problem with a no problem we got you attitude!! I can and will recommend them to everybody!!! Excellent service & satisfaction threw out my dealing with them.

I used Extend’s warranty for my Oura ring. I’m so glad I did. After having a battery life issue, I contacted Extend to make a claim. Everything worked seamlessly. I’m so pleased.
