I have ordered several of the Tornado fans from Extractor Fan World now and I have been really pleased and impressed with the quality, performance, price and ease of fitting their fans. Great fan, Great service
The continuous running extraction fan is excellent, easy to install, very quiet at 42db and good for habitable rooms where Condensation and mould control are required.
I placed the order in the afternoon and it was delivered next day, plus if you need assistance they actually answer the phone in person. I really cannot complain.

Can't fault the customer service
I had an issue initially with my order being sent out in poor packaging and consequently arriving damaged. On contacting the company they were quick to apologise and assist me in returning the damaged item and replacing it. The replacement item arrived well packaged and in great condition. Can't fault the customer service or responsivity.

Excellent Service
Excellent service from Luke after DPD trashed our fan during delivery.
I ordered a second fan as I wanted to get the job done, this arrived next day and Luke had made the packaging bomb-proof!
Returns procedure couldn’t have been easier, and just waiting for refund to be processed.
Thanks again to Luke for his excellent customer service.

Purchase of In-line Toilet Extractor fan
Extractor fan was a reasonable price and delivered very quickly. Unit was well packed. Unfortunately the labelling on the fan showing direction of flow had been fixed in the wrong direction meaning the fan had to be disconnected and physically reversed to get air flow correct. However this is a manufacturer issue and not the retailers fault. Would certainly use the retailer again
