Fast next day free delivery . I’m currently waiting for my electrician to put this extractor fan in. The guy on the phone spent 5 minutes talking about different types of extractor fans and what he would advise as I needed 3 for different rooms. Grateful for that. I brought one for now , I’ll see how I feel about it once it has been fitted in.

I used Gil-Lec to purchase two extractor fans, as it was the best price for the fans that I wanted.

Unfortunately the 2nd fan developed a clicking sound within the first few weeks. I messaged Gil-lec to enquire about a return. Matt in customer service was extremely helpful, the returns process was quick, free, and easy. These was a slight issue/delay with DPD returning the parcel (a fault on DPD’s end), and again Matt was extremely helpful in chasing this up with DPD and correcting the issue. I had a replacement, fully working fan within two days of this. Great and speedy communication throughout. Will definitely be using again.

A quick despatch of my orders. However one extract fan did not work and the other a SELV one is listed on your site as 12v but is in fact 24v like my previous model which made replacing easier. You arranged return of faulty fan promptly I am just awaiting its replacement
