Jeg tænkte, at det bare var opreklameret, og at det ikke kunne passe med alle de dårlige reviews. Jeg var på forhånd indstillet på, at det kunne taget rigtigt lang tid med leveringen - faktisk gik der flere måneder med jævnlige bortforklaringer omkring ridser og kvalitetskontrol, før jeg modtog mine 3 par solbriller i 3 forskellige pakker over en uges tid.

Men jeg ville så returnere de 2 af parrene igen. Og pakken kunne ikke leveres på adressen, fordi der ikke var nogen til stede. Og sådan har den ligget uafhentet på et posthus i Ungarn siden starten af marts måned.

Bestilte to set solbriller

Bestilte to set solbriller, efter leveringfristen, fik jeg en mail om at de ikke kunne levere den en model. Derfor tilbød eyerim min 10 %, rabat på næste ordre. Da jeg gik på hjemmesiden kunne alle kunder få 14 %, grundet valintinsdag. Det forholder jeg eyerim - hvilket de glider af på. De refundere beløbet på den model som de ikke kan anskaffe, selvom de lover den kommer med forsinkelse - som de så senere må vedkende, at de ikke kan levere. Jeg diskutere nu på 3 uge med dem om restbeløbet på den sidste model, som jeg har informeret dem om jeg ikke ønsker tilsendt. Den vil de nu sende i morgen tre uger efter leveringsfristen... Så jeg har absolut intet positivt at sige om eyerim....

Eyerim, har nu besvaret, at de vil søger for at hele min ordre bliver annuleret her på trustpilot. Et minut senere modtager jeg en mail, hvor det fremgår at de nu har sendt min ordre på den sidste model (altså ca. 5 efter min bestilling). I svaret her på trustpilot, fremgår det at jeg vil blive kontakte "personligt" så vi kan afslutte sagen. Det ville have være passende om de havde gjort det 2 min tidligere, inden de afsendte den ordre, (og undskyldte her på siden) som jeg tydelig har afvist..... Nu skal jeg så vente yderlige - på at modtage det afsendte, og sende det retur, hvorefter jeg så kan modtage refusion af mine penge. Altså yderlige tre uger ..... Jeg er rasende!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to inform you that in some cases the availability of out of stock model can change as we are ordering them directly from manufacturer. Unfortunately since those models are not in our stock we do not have direct impact on their delivery time and also their availability. Therefore we always try to keep our customers updated about the actual order status. We are truly sorry that in your case the availability of model that you have ordered has changed twice, from delay than to unavailable. As we have mentioned before those kind of changes are not within our competence as the worldwide manufacturer always update the status of different models.

Also we would like to explain the reasoning behind the additional discount that was provided to you. As you have mentioned the 14% discount was part of the time-limited Valentine´s themed campaign that occur only for a limited period. Therefore when we offer customers 10% discount this promo code is valid always throughout the whole year so customer has time to use it when he/she sees fit.

Regarding the complete cancellation of your order we have already instructed our departments and proceed further with cancellation and subsequently whole refund of your order. Our CX agents will contact you shortly after with the result and also the refund confirmation as well.

At the moment glasses have been lost in the GLS package shop.

Well I received an e-mail from eyerim to give feedback on my purchase, so here it is.

I got a message from GLS to pick up my glasses at a local package shop. They couldn't find the package in the package shop, so I havn't received anything yet. Payment have been taken. Contacted GLS and they are looking into it.

Brug aldrig denne webshop

Brug aldrig denne webshop.
Jeg bestilte solbriller medio december - omgående trak de beløbet på mit kort, og sendte en mail om at varen var afsendt med GLS. Trackingnummer virkede ikke - formentlig falskt. Gentagne gange lover Chris i kundeservice at nu er det sendt og giver GLS skylden for problemer med Tracking.
Helt utroværdigt og ingen varer.

Needless to say we would like to inform you that if you choose payment option in advance e.g. debit/credit card, every webshop would withdraw the amount after the payment.

Regarding the tracking number - our agent has contacted and informed you several times that order is on its way, unfortunately the tracking number does not update itself automatically. About this issue you have been informed as well, at the moment we have receive it from GLS, which is currently experiencing worldwide error with their tracking numbers.

Nevertheless we do believe that your inquiry wil be resolved as soon as possible and you would have your glasses soon.

Not received my order yet

I ordered my glasses a month ago and still have not received my sunglasses.
The tracking number they provide cannot find any packages, though they have taken payment.

Contacting the customer service does give you much service.

I am very disappointed.

We would like to inform you that one of our agents has been assigned to your case and currently is trying to resolve this whole situation with courier company as your order has been prepared and ready to be shipped with GLS since December. However and unfortunately due to Christmas season and New Year, the courier companies are not able to cover all the shipments on time. Also our agent has provided you several links to working tracking number and we are doing everything in our power to help you and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Nevertheless we strongly believe that you should have your order delivered soon so you could enjoy your purchased model.

The worst aftersales service you can imagine.

I ordered a set of sunglasses with EyeRim.
They told me that the delivery time would be around 15 days.
so-far so-good.
Within that timeframe they indeed delivered the glasses. Unfortunately the model turned out to be too small irrespective of the tool they offered for sizing.
No worries, the shipment I received contained a form I should use when sending back the products. It listed a small questionnaire why the product did not match the required expectations, I listed I needed a larger model etc. The form went on to tell me to send the glasses back to a specific address i.e. Amagerbo Kiosk to the attention of a lady. AT Amagerbrogade 5 in Copenhagen.
After two weeks of silence I decided to follow up. I was told they did not received the package. In the mean time, when tracking the postal shipment I was informed that the package was not accepted (address unknown) and it was processed for return to sender.
I was told by EyeRim that I probably used the wrong address, I was sure not but could not prove it as the RMA form was in the shipment. After two months I finally received the package back and luckily the original RMA form was still in there, with ... the address as listed above. I copied their OWN RMA and sent it by e-mail, since then I have been in the most idiotic discussion with them where they insist I used the wrong address and denied that the above address had nothing to do with them. I should have checked their web site instead of following their paper instruction. I should have contacted them. Irrespective of the enclosed RMA form I followed to the letter.
Buyer beware! These people are a few cards short of a full deck.

I ordered my sunglasses with Eyerim.si (Slovenia), but basically it is the same company. I am very happy with my Rayban glasses, I had to wait a bit for them to be delivered, but I was warned in advance they don't have them on stock and the delivery time will be about 3 weeks, so all good.
The glasses were 100 EUR cheaper than at the optician in Slovenia, so it was more than worth to wait a couple of weeks :)

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! GOT A SCRATCHED USED PAIR OF SUNGLASSES.

I just received my glasses.. when i opened the package.. pulled out the glasses.. they were so dirty and dusty.. and with further inspection of the sun glasses i noticed a big scratch .. what kind of company sends packages to customers without inspecting the glasses beforehand. Im so pi$$ed and dissapointed.. i should have paid 50 euros extra and gotten from another shop. Now i need to send them back for them to inspect and wait another 3 weeks.. worst company ive ever dealt with.

It seems that you have received a product in which the factory included a scratched/damaged item. All items we receive are quality stamped upon arrival, and in this case we can confirm by our supplier that your product has slipped through the case, by mistake.

eyerim has responded to your request and we already have a new package underway from our supplier ready to be shipped to you if you so choose, otherwise we will refund the whole amount as soon as we receive your returned package.

eyerim will also cover for the return costs and this will not cost you anything to ship it back to us.

We take this seriously and it's our job to rectify any wrongdoings.

Som så mange andre...

Jeg bestilte på d. 23/11 et par Ray Ban, som havde en gns. leveringstid på 14-16 hverdage, efter selv at havde taget kontakt, da leveringstiden ændredes på hjemmesiden, men uden jeg havde fået besked, tog jeg kontakt til eyerim.dk
Daniel skriver så, at han netop har fået at vide af leverandøren at de ikke har den, så leveringen er nu 25-29 hverdage, hvortil han tilbyder mig at købe et andet par briller med 5% rabat, eller vente ca. 29 "hverdage" på mine briller. Da jeg netop har valgt disse briller ikke er interesseret i et andet par, og ej heller vente 29 hverdage på dem jeg bestilte, skrev jeg, at jeg ønskede at benytte min fortrydelsesret, til det jeg afventer svar.

Edit:
Mandag d. 03.12 bekræfter Daniel at han har annulleret ordren, og pengene vil komme retur indenfor en uge.

Vi er veldig lei over at det har skjedd en forsinkelse på din ordre, men det vi mente med 25-29 hverdager er en den totale tiden for leveringen altså cirka 12-13 dager ekstra. Da produktet ikke finns på lager må den bestilles fra leverandøren og basert på tidligere historikk kan vi kun gi et omtrentlig estimat for den varen du har bestilt. Men normalt sendes varene med den leveringstiden som står på vår hjemmeside.
