Duurde heel lang en uiteindelijk geld kwijt
Duurde heel lang; uiteindelijk bril maar hier gekocht (was voor verjaardag) en toen het pakje retour gestuurd (kostte ruim 12 euro) aangetekend was 20 euro en vond het al duur genoeg. Kreeg maar geen terugbetaling en na eindeloze mails bleven ze maar zeggen dat ze het niet ontvangen hadden. Geld kwijt en retourkosten kwijt dus als ik 1 advies mag geven: neem je tijd voor je bestelling en stuur ALTIJD aangetekend retour.

Ordered Persol 2803S, authentic product, excellent service
Ordered Persol 2803S, which I had to return because they were too big and exchange for another model.
Top rate service with prompt and to the point communication, user-friendly website with all relevant info and effective filters.
Granted, some most sought after models may have rather lengthy delivery times but they are in line with expected delivery times as stated on their website and while waiting is invariably unpopular, one has to point out that the Eyerim have by far the best prices in Europe, at least for Persol.
With competitively priced high end sunglasses there are always authenticity concerns but the Persols I received were certainly authentic and in general one can feel safe with Eyerim as they are listed as an authorized distributor for Ray-Ban, it wouldn’t be in their interest to ruin their standing in the community by peddling fakes.

Bestelling spoorloos
Bestelling geplaatst op 24/04/18 en het zou 3-5 dagen duren. 30/04/18 aangekomen in Utrecht Nederland maar tot heden nog steeds niet bezorgd. Opgebeld via GLS en ze Zeiden dat het pakketje spoorloos is. Mijn Bestelnummer is 2500003433 . Hierbij wil ik graag een nuttig antwoord terug hebben want het lijkt alsof dat er mensen gewoon worden gescamd

We do apologize that GLS hasn't delivered your package, and sometimes they experience issues when the customer hasn't entered his/hers full address information or if the contact information is wrong. This can easily be rectified if we contact GLS in order for them to redirect the package and deliver it again.

Ik was nog even aan het nazomeren in Griekenland en daarom had ik een zonnebril nodig. Ik was erg laat met het bestellen, dus ik bestelde een ''volgende dag levering'' zonnebril. Ik had hem 3 dagen later in mijn bezit (authentiek) en gebruikte hem gedurende mijn vakantie. Ik ben nog steeds tevreden!

Koop hier niets. Zit al 21 dagen te wachten. Gisteren mail ontvangen over refund. Maar tot op heden geen refund ontvangen. Mail blijft ook erg stil. Dit is scam.

The sunglasses you have ordered was not in stock upon purchase and therefore we have stated that our supplier will ship the package within the time of 14-19 business days, and another 1-3 days until the package reaches your destination. Vervolgens in de bevestiging levertijd van 10-17 werkdagen.
Reager nooit op emails, zou de order willen annuleren en of ik ooit mijn geld terug krijg is de vraag.

I'm having a hard time finding your order from us and I since we don't have your full name I can't look it up from our order system. Let me explain the situation, the eyewear you have ordered were not in stock upon purchase. I suspect that you were looking at the same model but a different size that weren't in stock. In that case, we need to order it from our supplier with a delivery time of 10-17 days. Usually, it goes much faster than stated.
