Had installation of cameras very recently. The process was handled well, our property was respected and by Steve the technician. Really pleased with the outcome. Would recommend EYESEC.

I've just had Chris round today to install 2 cameras and security lighting,very professional and explained everything in layman's terms.

A sales person from Eyesec knocked on the door today with thier sales pitch, told me there have been lots of burglaries in the area (that was a lie), then he showed me names and addresses of other residents who are wanting CCTV creating the impression that, because others in the community had agreed, I should too, plus this is a GDPR breach. It is evident that this company is interested solely in making sales—at any cost. A peace of mind should never come at the expense of ethics or pressure tactics.

Superb quality installation.
From our decision to have the Eyesec system installed through to the actual installation we were impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of the Eyesec team.(Stuart, Mark and Martin).
All appointments and timescales were effected as promised.
Even after installation when we needed to ask a simple operational question the technical team were immediate, courteous and efficient in their response.
Now that the system is installed and operational we are very impressed with the quality of the images from the cameras and the ease of their accessibility.
From our experience of the system we can honestly say that all the claims made within the promotional literature are genuine and realistic.

Why can't all companies be like this. Jamie the guy who actually installed the equipment was on time, respectful of our property and did a really good job of the installation, then he explained it thoroughly, to both of us. It is very easy to use and not intrusive at all. All paperwork was sent immediately and we have the security for our property but also of knowing that we can contact them for any assistance we may need at any time. Well done Eyesec - thank you.

Stuart was lovely when he came to do the quote but we thought he was trying to make the cameras sound better than that would be. We wanted to improve our security so we we rang Eyesec to say we would like to go ahead with the quote. Every body we spoke to was great and very patient with us oldies. Martin came today to fit the system and was absolutely brilliant he even hoovered what littleness he made. He sat with us and showed us how it all worked and it really is as easy as Stuart said. Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was professional, friendly and helpful. Martin did the installation and explained everything as he was doing it. He then spent time showing me how to use the system. I have four CCTV cameras and the quality is superb with alerts to my phone and no monthly subscription. I would recommend Eyesec to anyone considering CCTV security.

Great service from start to finish, advised on the best set up for our requirements and Martin provided clear and detailed instructions following installation about how the system operates and how to navigate on both our mobiles and TV.
