I've had excellent service and communication for all my orders so far, with the exception of the most recent. Curious as to why it took longer this time to see it dispatched?

Placed Order on website but emaild me one item not instock

Order Placed well before cutoff for sending ,did not comfirm untill after the cutoff point so did not send untill the following day
