Kundservice under all kritik
Jag har köpt en skjorta som returnerats. Den verkar ha ”fastnat” på post nords postkontor. I 6 veckor har jag haft en process igång för att bevaka returen. Jag har bollats tillbaka till postnord som menar att det är EYTYs som ska initiera vidare kontakt. Flera Mail utan svar, felaktiga svar eller löfte om att de ska höra av sig och jag har ringt utan att få svar. Har alltså betalat ett plagg för 3200kr utan att få verken plagget, återbetalning eller adekvat kontakt. Hade det funnits lägre betyg än 1 hade de fått det.

Worst boots in history!!
I bought a pair of boots a month ago, and now i feel like me achilles is about to burst! I thought i just needed to give them time to soften up, but no. They are as terrible as the day i got them.. This is boots that cost 315 euros!! I now have dends in my achilles, and it still hurts even though i havn’t walked in them for 2 weeks.
And their customer support is non existent. No phone number to find anywhere, no reply anywhere, their customer support online doesn’t help a bit.
Now i’m left with a pair of boots that is unwearable and two achilles that feels like they could snap any minute!
Never buy boots from this company if you like to walk without pain..

Since days we try to organize returns- several pairs of shoes, so it´s about a lot of money. It´s impossible to get a return slip. The customer service sent a very poor mail- oh, yes, we have a problem, keep on trying. Really?! A shop that is so extremel expensive and that´s all?? We asked them to send a return slip by mail. No response.

Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!! Don’t buy nothing from them if you are outside Sweden. I ordered a pair of shoes and they never were delivered, I have almost 3 weeks trying to resolve this issue and they didn’t do anything about it, as same as the carrier (UPS). This is going to my worst experience ever buying online, I absolute don’t recommend buying something from this company.

Har mailat flera gånger där jag fått svar sporadiskt att det skall vara på gång. Men inget händer.

First not delivered for 3 months with ups&eytys buckpassing ping-pong.
Then told it had already been returned to eytys without telling me, and slow refund for product & no assist on (uncertain) custom refund.

Perfect experience
Can't say anything negative. I ordered the Eytys Sidney Sneakers Hyacinth and they fit perfectly. They have a size guide on their page for every product - USE IT! Also for the "pricey" returns: This information is also on their page. I don't get you people - don't you look that up before ordering? 5/5 - I ordered on Saturday and I received the shoes today (Monday).

Köpte ett par skor för 1700kr. Efter 8e användning så pajade en skor, limmet försvann. Får se om jag får hjälp i form av nya skor eller återbetalning, troligen inte.
I raka motsatsen till företagets svar, mer en ett år senare har dom inte svarat på min reklamation, dom ignorerat mig helt och hållet tyvärr.

Avoid the band
Avoid the band, they sell it as luxury and the product quality is as if you get a shoe in Primark. The customer service online is HORRIBLE as well, they take ages in reply and sometimes ignore your emails.
They also have a “policy” where they charge you the returns, so they will charge you even if you think the quality is poor and wants to return something.

3) One sandal had defect on the leather. Got 5% refund for that from seller
4) Sandals look very nice
Summary: you can buy it for rare accessional events

I have 3 different types of eytys shoes.
All of them 100% not comfortable and tearing apart so quick.
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

I can only agree with all the comments…
I can only agree with all the comments regarding the price/ value. My Odessa Sneakers broke after a few months and Eytys answered that this is caused by wear and tear which is not considered to be a production fault. Apparently it’s normal that a shoe that does cost 1700sek lasts less then a year. Strange understanding of sustainability and customer service.

Poor customer service
I haven't even received my delivery yet, but the customer service is so bad, pretty much non-existent, they don't have a contact number at all and they don't answer to all emails, but they send me a lot of ads on email. They didn't even send me the confirmation email only after I asked for it and not all the details were shown in the email, like my phone number, as I wanted to check if it's correct. The confirmation email and the shipping one were sent at the same time so you couldn't cancel your order. On their website there's no log in to your account or "my orders" so I can see the status of my order so you're left with the emails they send you. The rating I gave them is simply for their poor customer service.

Chelsea and Michigan
I bought the chelsea and michigan boots. Beautiful designs, love the thick heavy sole. But to walk in, WOW painful on a level that feels like torture. The michigans were impossible to even try to troubleshoot. The chelsea I had to wear heel protectors and two pairs of socks and could kind of manage. But one slipped and it felt like knives. I had to stop in the middle of broadway and just change into my gym shoes. I have never had blisters this intense before ever. I thought maybe it was just me but apparently not. Designs are great but I hope they can do better.

unprofessional in many way
Eytys spend 5 days on finding out that they had lost my order. Several excuses were made about defect IT, snowstorm in Stockholm and curries making mistakes - all in one order. Impressive. They were extremely fast at taking the money from my account though.

Great style, bad quality…
I’ve wanted to buy something from Eytys for a long time, but when I did I was very disappointed. I ordered a pair of Sidney sneakers. Absolutely beautiful, but one of them was smaller than the other (not another size) just defective… I had it measured… I also talked to customer service, because I wanted to figure out what size of Benz jeans I should get. They advised me to get a pair that will fit, but the pair was exact size on the hips and waist and oversized everywhere else. I thought they fitted me. However I’d always think they fitted weird. Then I started searching pictures online from other people and the jeans would fit them much better and fall nicely on their shoes. So it turned out that I got a smaller size… now I’m stuck with weird looking jeans. (Can’t say they’re too small, but definitely not the correct size for how they should look on me.)

Bad customer service/ bad quality of jeans
I have recently bought a pair of jeans in size 28/34 in London store. They ripped the first day I wore them so I contacted their customer service. The customer service offered me (after a negotiation which was unplesant too) a new pair and to send the old one back.
The process took about 2,5 weeks until I received a new pair as they claimed to be "very busy" to send the new pair back to me. The new pair in SAME size 28/34 ir smaller and shorter and EYTYS have closed the deal so I can't do anything about it. It's so unpleasant to have to deal with this with a 250 pound jeans.. The quality is worse than Zara. The zipper is slightly on the side. Now the jeans are too short for me.
I loved this brand for their unique design however I will never buy from them again.

Har ett antal skor ifrån Eytys och nästintill alla har gått sönder inom 2 månader. Är det verkligen rimligt för skor i denna prisklass? Måste skicka in väldigt mycket komplettering för att ens få hjälp med ärendet (om ens då).
