Unique and nice products

I think it's sad to see that there are so many bad reviews on here. This is my experience:

I recently ordered the angel sneakers via their website and had a great experience from ordering to delivery. The shoes themselves feel well constructed and they look very good. Before I bought those I ordered the fugu sneakers but via farfetch. This also this went flawless. Both shoes have a leather lining and the laces feel premium.

Overall a good brand imo. They offer unqiue designer looking pieces at a more affordable price point. Of course, you won't get rick owens quality but for this price I'd say eytys has decent to good quality products, considering you also pay for the unique design.

! - Lots of bad reviews are about returns, which I dint have to do so there might be some problems with that which I'm not aware of.

Supermarket quality

I bought harmony sneakers and capri slides this summer and the quality was reaally low considering the « haute couture » price, i would invest no more than 20€ in such a supermarket quality, what a shame.

Good product, bad customer service

I like this company and their collections, but their customer service is soooo bad. They won't reply to emails for weeks at a time (if ever) and I have problems every time I order from them.

I think I'll order from one of their retailers next time. It's not worth the agro dealing with them directly. Shame. Hope they sort it out, but it's been like this for over a year now.

I ordered a pair of pants as a gift…

I ordered a pair of pants as a gift with express delivery (771059).
Over a week went buy, surpassing the birthday, without any notification. First when I wrote, Eytys replied that their system had collapsed, and that I unfortunately wouldn’t be able to get the pants.

I expressed my frustration, and they promised a voucher, but I haven’t heard a word from them since, even though I have written several times.

Extremely unfriendly customer service

Extremely unfriendly customer service.
All the sews of my shoe ripped after 3 months of wearing them... this cannot be! A shoe that costs 300€ should have a better quality!
They should provide me with another model that is intact, but they just ignored my mails!
Worst service ever! Would never buy again!!!

Eytys angel

Bought the eytys angel sneakers secondhand. They look really beautiful and the quality in terms of durability is great. The problem is that these give me SO MANY blisters. My heels are absolutely shredded after wearing them for only a few hours. I've been trying to wear them for half a year already but they just don't seem to get broken in. Such a shame because they are really beautiful.

pretty nice experience but one brutal downside

I ordered shoes over 5 weeks ago with a 3-5 day shipment and still have not received. I have paid UPS a supplementary charge and yet still don’t have my goods. EYTS customer support advises me to call UPS to see where my package is. I would advise people not to order from them.

Bad brand!

Expensive shoes! ; very bad customer service; extra charge on top of the delivery.

After buying the new pair of trainers and paying for my shipping which was £15 on top of £230, I had to pay a extra of £75 just to get the parcel delivered.

Although I thought I already paid for the delivery, so trying to reach customer service, but I had to talk with a rude lady. Telling me that was my mistake.
(But obviously at the checkout there is no mention of any extra charge)

Decided to not accept the parcel since the cost was over £300 and now waiting to get back the refund which is taking forever more than 1 month! Obviously i have told they won’t don’t want refund the £15 cost for the delivery.

So on top of pretending being an establish brand they steal money from customer.

I will never, never, never buy Eytys.
Never again!

So I hope you will think twice before doing it.

The most uncomfortable shoe ever

Bought odessa shoes, NO warning about customs or duty, ended up paying £75 for customs. BUT the point is I just had a walk in their shoes I literall had to go home after 5 minutes with MASSIVE blisters on my feet. Shoes are the most UNCOMFORTABLE shoes I have ever worn! They look great but you can’t walk in them. My feet are hurting so bad after literally 5 minutes of walking I wanted to take them off and walk home barefoot it was hurting that much.

Great design but not confortable for the price…

Great design look wise and very quick delivery just in a day. Although in terms of confront are very hard on the heel and after one time they created me blisters which is not pleasant after paying almost 300 pounds... Last but not least they need to let customers know in advance that they have to pay on top for receiving the products due to Brexit.

I want to cancel my order after…

I want to cancel my order after ordering my order few hours later. But there’s no one reply my email. and after 3days I received an shipped confirmation. I kept sending email and tried any other way to contact them but still the same. There’s no tax when I purchased on their website. That would have tax when it arrive Canada. That’s why I want to cancel it. But I saw previous comment below. It seems so hard to get your money back. Please be careful when purchasing in their website.

over two weeks later, still no refund

Items arrived as expected, however over 2 weeks after my items were safely delivered back to them (proof of this from DHL and their records), and i am yet to receive over £500 in refunds i am due.

Whilst they have been responding to me in this period, they have now started ignoring my emails. I am really worried and scared, as this is a lot of money and i assumed this would be a simple process.

I am really scared that they will ignore me continually - i have tried every way of contacting them.

Love my pair of Angels

Love my pair of Angels. They arrived quickly, and were packed beautifully in a lovely box and dust bag. They took a little while to break in, and were a little stiff at first (two pairs of socks helped with the blisters) but now they are so comfortable. They look good with so many outfits, and I always get compliments on them when I wear them.

They are 100% my favourite pair of shoes and I can't wait to buy more shoes from them.
