I want to start by saying how incredibly sorry I am. Reading your message, I completely understand your frustration and exactly why you feel like giving up on us. As a business owner, you need reliable suppliers, and we completely dropped the ball—not just once, but twice. You have every right to be angry.

I want to make this right for you immediately, without asking you to jump through any more hoops or send any more pictures.

Here is exactly what we are doing to resolve this for you today:

Immediate Refund: I am issuing a refund for your order amount right now. You should not have to pay for an experience full of delays and missing items.

Shipping the Missing Items: We are not just refunding you; we are still going to get your tools to you. Once we conclude our investigation, we will expedite the remaining missing items to your address at absolutely no cost.

Internal Investigation: When we created your replacement order, it was systematically generated to include all of your missing items. We have urgently contacted both our warehouse team and the shipping carrier to find out if the items were forgotten during packing or lost in transit. Additionally, when items are out of stock locally, they are sometimes routed from alternative warehouses, which can result in split shipments—but we failed to communicate this to you properly.

You don't need to lift another finger or send us your order number, as we will locate your account details on our end to process the refund immediately.

Mulțumim pentru mesaj. Da — comanda dumneavoastră este înregistrată și a fost pregătită pentru expediere. În următoarele zile va fi expediată, iar numărul de urmărire (tracking) va apărea imediat ce transportatorul o preia și o scanează.

Dacă doriți, puteți să ne trimiteți aici adresa de e-mail folosită la comandă sau numărul de telefon, ca să o găsim mai repede în sistem.

We sincerely apologize that you ordered the curved pruning blades but received a straight wood-cutting blade instead. We also understand your frustration about having to reorder and the difficulty you experienced with customer service. That is not the experience we want for you.

A photo of the blade you received (and, if possible, the packaging label)

Please do not modify the blades. We do not recommend filing or sanding the blade base, as this may affect safety and performance.

To help us check this properly, could you please send us:

A photo of the blade shank/base (the part that goes into the saw), and

Your Ryobi saw model number (if available)

Once we receive that information, we will review the compatibility issue and offer a solution. If the blades are not compatible with your tool, we can assist you with a replacement (if applicable) or a refund, depending on your preference.
