I dislike the delivery service he just throw the package.
The customer service is fast respond on the situation which is good.

Damon was very knowledgibel and gave great advice as to differences in bikes.

My experience with ezbikes has been great, I was trying to decide which scooter to get and at one point added the dualtron victor to my cart and almost ordered it. They reached out by phone and recommended that I check out the Nami scooters, I am super greatful that they did as I ended up ordering the Nami Blast Max 2 and the ride is amazing, the design is so stable at high speeds it feels closer to a real vehicle than a scooter. The listed max speed is a huge understatement, it is incredibly fast.. Super happy with Nami and Ezbikes, thanks guys!!

Last time I ordered from ezbike, the delivery was handled by canpar and I had the worst service (extended delivery time, miscommunication, no delivery at home, miscare for package ...)

I received my bike yesterday and unfortunately it has a bit of damage due to poor handling and one of my free items (phone holder) wasn't included. On the good side I was able to try it for a few Km and I really like how quiet and well that it handles.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from General Manager Caelan at EZbike Richmond Hill!
I was shopping around for two 2026 Aventon Level 4 ADV Step-Through e-bikes in black and came across EZbike online. I called just before the store closed for Easter, and Caelan answered the phone. He was incredibly helpful, explained that he had one in stock and would immediately contact Aventon to secure the second one for me. His great price and friendly attitude stood out right away.
After hanging up and continuing to compare options, I realized Caelan was the real deal—so I called back. By then the store was closed (I’m calling from British Columbia), so I started drafting an email to the company. To my surprise, less than 15 minutes later, Caelan had already created a detailed invoice for me on his own time off. It clearly outlined everything he was doing, including clear ETAs for delivery.
He even followed up with a personal phone call while obviously not at work, just to make sure I was happy and to get the bikes ordered as quickly as possible. That level of dedication is rare!
As a salesperson myself at Sleep Country Canada, I know excellent customer service when I see it. Caelan isn’t just a great General Manager—he’s the kind of professional who should be representing EZbike Canada across the entire industry. His responsiveness, honesty, and genuine care turned a simple purchase into a truly positive experience.

I have spoken with the website chat person and he gave me a discount before purchase.
When I received it,a piece was broken and with my warranty, he shipped the replacement himself and it fitted perfectly. The communication remained extra nice during the whole process.
