Repeat Customer
Second and third purchases from Gavin. Again, impeccable service this time on a matching set for our anniversary.
This time we did a full trade in and Gavin managed this superbly with literally no pressure of difficulty for me as the customer.
Sourced me a matching set in retail ready condition, I’m continually amazed by Gavin’s quality standards for the prices he offers timepieces at.
Personalised service and real focus on the customer experience, again F2 Watches come highly recommended and I look forward to my next purchase!

Absolutely fantastic review Richard, means an awful lot and really goes a long way to show potential clients that we don't just sell watches but go that extra mile to help everyone, including existing customers! I am so pleased that you both like your watches, and we could help in this area; both were incredibly beautiful pieces. Please, wear in good health and remember, we are only a message away if you need anything. All the best
Gavin was excellent and helped me so…
Gavin was excellent and helped me so much with it being my first luxury watch I have owned, he had shown me some of the watches that are popular and found ones to my taste and he was not pushy at all, he went above and beyond and I'm really happy with it.
Pleasure to do business with and will be returning in future times!

Professional service!
Recommended to F2 watches by a friend who uses them regularly.
Made them aware of what I was in the market for, showed me lots of options in stock without any pushy sales tactics to let me make my own choice in my own time
Competitive price and I believe the watch is better condition than described which shows the quality standards they hold themselves to!
Thanks Gav - will be back again some day for an upgrade!

Fantastic service from a great company
I recently purchased a watch with F2 Watches and I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service.
Gavin was fantastic to deal with, going through the details of each watch available within my price range to suit my needs.
Gavin gave me updates as to when the watch was ready to be dispatched after cleaning and I received my watch promptly after placing my order.
I would recommend F2 Watches to anyone who is looking to purchase a luxury watch at affordable prices and will certainly be buying my next watch from F2.
