WOW!!!!!! LIKE WOW!!!!!!!! I bought 2 absolutely gorgeous, extremely excellent quality canvas, framed prints from this company. I was so in love with the print on the screen, but when I got it and saw it in person, it literally took my breath away. I’m serious. I take a lot of pride in my home and put a lot of time into decorating it, so I was extremely happy when I got my prints. Just incredible, really. I’ll be buying more. Also, I had to email them with some questions and they were extremely helpful. Best prints I’ve ever owned. They are super high end at an extremely good price. Also, they were packaged very very well, and sustained no damage and came quickly!!!!! Excellent business and totally legit!!!!!

I have attempted to email this company using this email address on their website and on multiple occasions called their number 07407768966. No answer, ringing through to voicemail or simply turned off?

Der Kundenservice ist absolut unterirdisch! Es gab einen Fehler in meiner Adresse, und das war nicht mein Fehler! Nachdem ich 5-6 E-Mails geschrieben habe, wurde dann auch mal auf meine E-Mail geantwortet und behauptet ich hätte den Fehler gemacht und soll trotzdem bezahlen, obwohl das Paket automatisch retourniert wurde. Der Support ist null lösungsorientiert und der Kunde steht hier nicht im Vordergrund…

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung gemacht haben.
Nach unserem System lag hier ein Problem mit der angegebenen Lieferadresse vor, weshalb das Paket nicht zugestellt werden konnte. Sobald eine Bestellung an den Versanddienstleister übergeben wurde, sind wir auf die dort hinterlegten Daten angewiesen.
Wir sind selbstverständlich immer bemüht, gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden, und helfen gern dabei, eine erneute Zustellung oder alternative Optionen zu prüfen.

Unreliable and poor quality
Unreliable and poor quality. My order was shipped late and took much longer to arrive than the deadlines provided in the website. When I wanted to return the item as it simply arrived late, I was informed that the shipping charges are on me. Also, beware that in real life posters look more like an AI generated comic book print than and actual vintage poster. Really do not recommend

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by courier delays once an order has left our workshop, which unfortunately isn’t always within our control. We do always try to be as transparent as possible about estimated timelines.
Regarding returns, we do accept returns if a piece isn’t right for you. As outlined in our policy, return shipping is normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
In terms of the artwork itself, thousands of customers enjoy the prints they receive from Fab, but we understand that art is subjective and it won’t be the right fit for everyone. If you’d like help with a return or choosing something different, our team would be happy to assist.

Fab Art has made my walls look absolutely spectacular. The colours and designs bring so much life into my home. I bought five pieces for myself and one as a gift, and they are all stunning, even the unframed canvases look beautiful.
Their customer service is also fantastic. I accidentally placed a double order and they emailed me to check if it was intentional. When it wasn’t, they quickly refunded the second order.
Beautiful art, honest service, and a great business to support. Highly recommend.
