ordered next day delivery because i was in a rush and needed to complete a project quickly. they forgot part of my order. i emailed them to say part of my order was missing and i need it asap, that was almost 2 weeks ago now and i never received it. wish i read the reviews beforehand ;-;

I received one of the fabrics in my order in the wrong colour. I needed it for an irgent project and emailed them several times but I only got an answer after 2 weeks asking if ‘it is too late to send me the correct colour?’. Nothing since then… no fabric, no refund, no answer.

I ordered 2 colours of lycra spandex from this company last December 2024 order #21205. The payment of £28.01 was taken from my account. As of now, June 9, 2025 I have still not received my fabric & despite repeated attempts to contact them no one has called, emailed or got in touch with me at all to tell me what has happened to my order or to refund my money. I am extremely disappointed as this was supposed to be fabric for a Christmas gift. I will not use this company again & caution anyone else against doing so. They have no customer service at all.

I have ordered fabrics at this website four times over the past year. The first three times, there were no major delays, although the "48h shipping" usually didn't start earlier than 2-3 days after the order.

The most recent time, I had the problem described by someone else below: I got a shipping notification, but the parcel was marked as "expected" by Royal Mail for about a week. After inquiring with customer service, I got a (brief, but fairly quick) response that they would look into it. After asking again two days later (it was the weekend in between), I was informed that they would send a replacement shipping and one of the fabrics I ordered would be sent later.

I received the replacement shipping about two days after my last inquiry, and the second shipment about three weeks after I ordered. Besides a brief "we are sorry your shipment is taking some time" in response to my initial email, I did not get any apology or compensation.

Overall: things arrive eventually, but if you're unlucky, it takes a bit. In my experience, customer service was reachable via email, but very brief in their communications.

Sent wrong amount of fabric. When I contacted them they said they would send out the right amount. Fabric hasn't arrived.

I regret not reading the reviews before ordering.

Items never received. Tracking number provided but Royal Mail says pending receipt of parcel.

Wrong item was sent, when contacting costumer service there no reply its awful have used a number of contact, went to add something else to cart and noticed images and descriptions don't match to a number of items on website would not recommend even if you have a coupon

Beautiful quality material delivered in only two days. £30 for 2m, including delivery and tax so a little on the expensive side but o couldn’t find shiny stretchy fabric of this quality anywhere else.

The fabric is lovely, but the width of the fabric ordered is so narrow, can’t make anything with it

Customer service oddly responsive by email, but the company failed to send the actual goods (tracking number said it hadn't even arrived with Royal Mail), and replacement goods failed to arrive when promised. When I chased they sent me an email saying "here is your tracking number" with no tracking number. When I asked for the actual tracking number, or if the replacement package hadn't actually been dispatched at all, a refund. They said they'd give me a refund. Am now - a month after the original order - chasing the refund. It's £25.85, so don't really want to let it go, but goodness dealing with them is agony! At least they email back though.
