They were great with shipping, however I returned all 3 items last year and I still haven’t had a reply or a refund. I would save the hassle and order elsewhere. It is a requirement to refund the orders and not just just keep the money for themselves.
I ordered a pair jeans that had a unique fabric and pattern I really liked but I was concerned about sizing because of all the negative comments about the return process.Customer service responded promptly about missing info in their sizing guide (which is usually very helpful because it gives the actual product dimensions.) And they were dead accurate. The length and waist are exactly as represented, the quality is exactly as described and the package tracking from China was updated daily and arrived 10 calendar days from my order.
I bought a coat with Fabrique. The various designers and the natural materials caught my attention. The item was quite pricy and I was a bit disappointed when I saw it was shipped from China and not Milan. At that point I went to check the reviews and I was quite worried as I saw many 1 star reviews. It took a bit longer than expected for the item to arrive and unfortunately was too big so I had to exchange it. I got in touch with customer service a few times and they promptly helped. The second shipment was much faster. I had a great experience overall. The coat looks great and the material is super. I would greatly recommend this website. The only downside is that it might take roughly 8 days for your item to arrive, I bought the first coat on the 28/02 and I received the right size after exchange on the 18/03.
Clothes are gorgeous quality! I have enjoyed every piece of clothing I’ve received.
Taobao/Shein equivalent quality with worst return process ever! The products were manufactured in China and shipped from China. Return? You have to ship it back to China, which means custom, time, cost, etc. etc.
DON'T buy at all!
I am actually quite unhappy after reading the reply...the return happened after making a lot of enquiries with various shipping options and making efforts to go back to mainland China to return. I just don't understand why they assumed that I can easily ship the products back to mainland China from HK/overseas location (or outside of US and ship things to US) without paying significant additional duties (not mentioning the shipping cost) on my side.
I guess unless you are absolutely sure what you want to buy and won't make a return, just DO NOT buy.

Credit where is due.
I normally never write reviews, but I had a very good experience with Fabrique and seeing how low their reviews are, I wanted to chip in.
I ordered a dress and made a mistake on the sizing. I really needed it so, I took the risk and just went ahead and bought it on the right size too, hoping I could just return or cancel the previous order.
Only after buying the second dress, I went into trustpilot and saw the very low rating... I really regretted being so impulsive!
I wrote them to cancel the wrong size, with not a lot of hope. They replied in the next 48h telling me the order had already been dispatched but they were going to try and track it from their courier. They managed to track it and cancelled the order without me having to do anything! I received the refund briefly after!
And the best part, a week or so later I got the right size dress, and it was so well presented, the quality seems very nice, the dress is lovely. I couldnt ask for more.
I can only speak of my own experience, but it was very good!
made in china, not luxury, poor return policy they do not refund promptly or at all. BEWARE

They do not care about customer experience. I have contacted their customer service team several times about 2 separate returns (Order #4R746401X1P & Order #4R746472X1P). Royal Mail Tracking YR031528565GB (Delivered March 2nd) and Royal Mail Tracking YR0315 51269GB(In Coventry, Pending Delivery as of March 24). The items have been returned and even the first one delivered. I've yet to receive any refund, I even messaged the IG for a response. I am out over £700 will NOT be purchasing again. ALSO their sizing on their site is rubbish you can't gauge how things will fit. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
Wouldn’t even give a star. This is a scam and scandal. No answer from the customer service on my return while contacting them several times. 400£ that probably won’t be refunded. Please avoid this website.
I returned three items one day after receiving them because they were too large and not comfortable.
The return was delivered to their New Castle warehouse three weeks ago, and since then there have been zero updates. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and only received automated responses — no actual follow-up from a real person.
Waiting over three weeks for a simple return refund is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it seems some customers have waited over a month, which is concerning. If this is not resolved soon, I will have to ask my credit card company to request a charge dispute.

Difficult to get refunds on returns. I’ve ordered several items and find the quality to be very good. The sizing on some items runs small, so I’ve had to return. I have 2 returns in process and shipped them back timely but have yet to receive refunds, I’ve contacted customer service with several emails and only received an automated response, I’m reluctant to order again as the items are expensive an refunds should be prompt,
I've ordered two tops from Fabrique, £150 each. I've returned one using their prepaid royal mail tracker. It's been over a month that the parcel is due to be delivered with no movement from royal mail. I've contacted Fabrique customer support four times, with no answer. I tried emailing them directly or the form online, nothing. I can't find any contact number to speak to someone directly. For this price tag, needless to say I'm extremely disappointed.
I've ordered a Brera bag from this company. The bag arrived, it wasn't suitable, so I've sent it back using Fbrq's shipping label. Unfortunateky, the parcel appears to have been lost by the Royal Mail - the tracking history stops at the Birmingham depot.
I tried emailing Fbrq customer services several times, but they keep ignoring my emails. I'm £467 out of pocket - that bag was quite expensive! I will try to claim the cost of the bag from Royal Mail, but I'm not even sure if the package was insured for the full price of the bag. What a mess! And there is zero support from the retailer!
Bottom line - avoid this company like the plague! The product is really not worth the hustle and the anxiety when something goes wrong.

Same experience as below. A1generated response. No other way to contact. I would advise not shopping with them. Have cancelled payment with my bank. I also shop online a lot. First bad experience
I ordered a skirt which took its time to arrive, and when it did, I was not happy with the fit. I requested the return label which took its time to arrive, but I did eventually get it. Now I am anxiously awaiting my refund. They seem to be quick to say contact them with any issues, but the only reply is always the same AI generated. There is no personal communication whatsoever. This is why I am writing here in the hopes that someone from Fabrique will respond and tell me what is happening!

Reviews here are worrying indeed. I've purchased a LOT from this company, with three returns in play, including one exchange (hopefully). Giving an extra star because the items I've received have been beautiful, but I don't like that there have been NO responses to my emails or updates about the exchange or my refunds—all of which would be considerate and expected if they wanted to retain customers. I will contact my credit card company. I can't afford to be out all this money.
