No problem with delivery......but concerned about product...smells like cleaning products or oil.
Feel it may be a fake, I've been using this brand for years, never smelt so horrible.

Thanks for your feedback, we ship Using Royal mail International tracked service as international orders take longer time due to passing through customs. Hence to make customer aware of each step and give full view of parcel in transit. This service is used which is having this cost. Also this posting cost is at order level and not at item level , means you buy one item or 10, posting cost is same.

I replied to your mail with EVRI Tracking id , you can track each step, it is on your way. As a seller once item is posted with courier, very little control with us. I understand it is delayed, but it is on your way, and full tracking is available. Please track it.

Hello again, in response to your reply to my previous review, I checked my emails and despite my sending photographic evidence to you as requested, I received no further response from you. I have received no emails, information stating you've sent a replacement product, I had sent three further emails to you and no reply. I've never experienced online service like it, I bought an item fairly and expected the product. I won't be buying from you again.

For international Orders, we rely on the address you put in the order, and we give same address on our courier. If there is slight variation in local area, we will not be able to figure out, but the local delivery person can, in this case I can see it is delivered on Hunters Hill, and this is also in your address, however you also mentioned the house number, but that is not visible on tracking, so cannot comment. I gave your email id and contact details also, but you can very well understand, Courier is third party and we as seller have very limited control on their activity.
I understand you concern and take this feedback in positive sprit to pass as much as instructions what they can take, in future international couriers. Thank you
