Very efficient easy to use app, great communication

Excellent interface. Love how all of the consent forms are integrated rather than creating new consent forms for each. Have ordered through the pharmacy as well which was also very easy to use and user friendly.

The faces app as a whole is very easy to use, lots of choices, lots of great prescribers and quick delivery. The staff at faces reply very quickly, always on hand to help and check back in to make sure everything is running smoothly for me.

I’ve been an injector for over 10 years and have used FACES as a consent form provider for much of that time. Unfortunately, my experience in recent months has become increasingly frustrating.

The platform regularly crashes, which has on multiple occasions prevented me from accessing client data or completing consent forms while a client is physically in front of me. This is not only stressful but completely unacceptable in a clinical setting where timely access to records is essential.

I also find the frequency of platform changes problematic. The system undergoes significant updates very regularly, and I’m often not adequately informed or trained on these changes. As a result, I’ve found myself trying to navigate a newly altered interface in front of clients, which reflects poorly on me as a professional. Occasional improvements are understandable, but constant changes to something that was previously functional feels unnecessary and disruptive. I strongly believe in the principle of “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.”

In addition, I run a training academy, and many of my students have reported the same issues — instability, frequent changes, and difficulty using the platform confidently in real clinical environments.

More recently, I’ve been particularly disappointed to see the platform prompting my clients to leave reviews. I find this highly unprofessional. Whether and when my clients are asked to leave a review should be my decision, not that of a third-party supplier. Many aesthetic treatments require time and patience before results are visible, and prompting reviews prematurely can lead to unfair or misleading feedback. It also puts clients in the position of feeling they need to leave multiple reviews across different platforms, which isn’t appropriate.

For these reasons, I’ve decided to move to an alternative consent form provider and will no longer be recommending FACES to my students or colleagues.
