Order was correct and came in a timely manner.

Their site makes ordering and reordering products a breeze. They send out emails with the shipping links for the shippers used and have great response times on questions.

Apparently, they don’t understand that backorder isn’t the same as being in stock. I placed an order on July 15th, 2025 and it’s August 6th, 2025 and I still don’t have my items. They ignored my email requesting cancellation a week prior, and now claim to relay a tracking number after I filed a dispute (of course, UPS hasn’t received the package yet and its been 2 days, why I am not surprised).

Also a heads up, there’s no phone number listed in any of their emails or on their website, so you can probably expect some shady business going on here.

They were extremely quick with their time response and very supporting to any questions we had. Great service!

Lied about resending the order

Don’t waste time and money with this company. They are a total scam.
Or they are so incompetent there is no difference.

Multiple orders were paid for and additional money was spent to ship quickly. Not once did they meet the deadline. Now, for thr 3rd order, they didn't even ship it yet and its already late to arrive.

Their customer service is awful. Absolutely no help in spite of spending time with them to resolve a search parameter order issue. Worthless effort. Have written at least 6 emails since the first attempt to chat with them online. Well, the emails were worthless too! Gonna have to contact the credit card company to resolve. SAD. Notified them I would contact the credit card company 3 times now too. Still nothing from them!
