Providing clearly incorrect information on their website. I placed an order for "in stock" items at 8:59am including paying for "expedited shipping". They wait until 4:08pm to notify me that "is not currently in stock on our shelves and as such must be specially ordered from the manufacturer". Not sure what changed in such a short amount of time, but I'm confident it didn't go "out of stock" in such a short amount of time. I called their number which immediately states their office is "now closed" and they are open until 6pm Monday through Friday. I called at 5:45pm. Something very off is occuring there.

They make me smarter and save not only hundreds of dollars but over time thousands. We can replace a detector head in house for a couple hundred dollars, and an alarm company charges up to 800.00 or more. If you have a question they will explain it in a way that you learn! They are here to help those of us that have been held captive by the alarm companies for years.

I had the distinct pleasure of speaking to an exceptional customer service representative from Jmac company, Chris Custini....he is amazing. Chris is professional, efficient and most significantly one of the kindness humans I have ever encountered. There was an issue with my original order and Chris immediately remedied the situation by assisting me in placing the order by phone. I am more than pleased with the service I received from this company and their wonderful staff!

I highly recommend you do not purchase anything from this SCAM company! They use illegal bait and switch tactics to reel you in after you've done lots of research to find the best prices for what you want to buy. They have their prices set super low to reel you in, they let you place your order, it goes through, and then they call you and let you know that the price is almost double!!! Of course by then you've deleted all of the browser tabs with other potential vendors and all the time you spent searching for good prices is lost! I asked them if they would sell the product just above their cost as compensation, but of course they lied and the price they offered was still WAY higher than other companies. "Low Price Guarantee" haha, YEAH RIGHT! Don't give these scammers your heard-earned money!

Significantly exceeded my expectations. I was in a jam and needed someone to step up on my behalf. I called JMAC. I was in the midst of property transfer with an old Vista 20 controlling the smokes, CO and heat sensors. Closing was in 4 days. Existing smokes were obsolete. JMAC recommended an alternative. Overnighted everything from multiple locations in time for electricians 36 hours later. It was perfect. I could not have been more pleased with the people, the process or the results. They took ownership and delivered. We closed on time!

Lucas and his team at JMAC were responsive and helpful. When my purchase hit a snag due to a card issue, they quickly reached out to get me back on track, via a quick phone call. These days, it's nice to know that there are actual customer service reps on the other side. Thanks to Lucas, for making sure my order was taken care of. I'll definitely be shopping at JMAC again.

I placed an order online and today Lucas Veraldi called me to let me know the item purchased has been discontinued. Lucas then offered a replacement with the same specs as the original. I contacted the jobsite who request the item, let them know the situation and they gave me the go ahead.
I called Lucas right back, told him it's a go with the replacement and bam had a new sales invoice.

I have had past experience with other companies and online orders where if the item is not available or no longer in production, they just simply cancel the order with no notification. As a purchasing agent for a contracting company, just cancelling an order with no notification does not may my job easy.. thank you JMAC for all your help!

If you know exactly what you need and want to talk specs and nerd out I’m sure these are your guys! However If you have no idea about what you need and know very little about technology like myself these are ABSOLUTELY your guys hands down best customer service. Thanks again Lucas

Customer Care rep TJ McAuliffe helped us with our order today. I asked for a quote for two different fire alarm systems. The quote was created and emailed back to me within an hour. We had to make a change in our order and he was able to get in done in seconds! Instead of filling out the order information, TJ took was able to do that as well! Great service from start to finish. I'll be ordering from JMAC again.

I purchased an alarm panel listed as "available" on the JMAC Supply website. They charged my card, but then informed me they had no inventory. They offered me a different model—also supposedly in stock—and the exact same thing happened. Their system does not reflect actual stock levels. This is a very frustrating and unprofessional practice. I recommend calling them to confirm availability before placing any order.

At least they did offer refunds, but it was still a waste of time and trust. This is not a reliable company if you need equipment urgently.

Helped me extremely quickly with a purchase that I had let slip for a few months. They had proper notes to take care of my issue way faster than I expected. Highly recommend.

I was told this time that they were "in the middle of updating the software". About a year and a half ago I ordered several Fire Alarm panels from them because they had them in stock on their website. The buildings were on Fire watch and received an email two days later telling me to call them. I called them and they told me that they did not have those Fire alarm panels and they could substitute the panels with a more expensive panels. Being I told my customers that "they are on the way" I agreed. Now I ordered a keypad from their website knowing that it has been discontinued but they showed they had the silver version and not the white version. Well three days later from my order I received... I'll let you guess... an email asking me to call them! Well once again they didn't actually have the silver nor the white keypad in stock. The moral of the story just call them to order as their website is not current.

"I placed an order for a security alarm Elk M1 keypad. Called to discuss an issue, and Ryan a manager, called me back. great guy, he took care of the issue, and I am very pleased with his handling of it. The keyboard is working just as expected.

JMAC Supply helped me out with finding compatible smoke detectors to replace my old ones. Lucas & Jay helped me with specs & information to choose the correct product. Ordering was a snap & the shipping was super fast! I would recommend this company for any of your fire/security alarm needs !

I ordered an doorking Inverter back on 12/12/25 from them direct shipped from doorking. It was damaged in shipping and Doorking is saying it is JMAC responsibility and JMAC is saying it is Doorking to replace it. It is now 3/21/25 and I am still waiting for replacement. I have contacted JMAC multiple times asking where we are in the process and they say "end of day today" every time I call. Never giving me any other information. Frustrating to say the least. They say they are all about Service, Selection and Speed - I have yet to see it.

I placed an expedited order for emergency pullstation for a restroom in a dialysis center. Order was online from Jmac supply website. I paid the expedited shipping fee which was 3 times more than the standard ground shipping option. I found that JMAC is a drop shipper because I received my order which I placed on 2/20/25 on 3/3/25. With it being shipped directly from Alpha Communications.

Jmac supply should disclose they drop ship and not offer expedited shipping Jmac Supply just kept the expedited shipping fees without actually shipping out the product faster. This is an unethical practice. And I will never do business with Jmac supply again. I wish Alpha Communications dealt directly with customers. My order number with Jmac Supply was order#503499. With Alpha Communications Shipment No. Being 193323 since they were the ones that actually shipped my product out.

Jake Lherisson was very helpful in not just helping me to find the right product, but also in expediting my order so that I could meet an inspection deadline.

Great response on non stock items. But need to keep up on items discontinued
