Sceptical, no need to be
I have always been very sceptical regarding money claims and the companies that advertise these services. My experience with Fair has been hassle free, I've always been kept informed of progress and overall a worry free process.

Poor communication/accessibility
*Amended review* Tried to cancel my request for this company, I emailed them on Sunday night (did not expect a response) but then emailed again on Monday morning and called their contact number several times throughout the day and no one answered. Hence why I left my review.
Later on that day I did get a phone call from the manager Perrie who was very pleasant and did confirm my cancellation request over the phone and I have since had a confirmation email.
I cannot comment on the company any further than this.

Having reviewed your case, I can confirm that you submitted your details and signed our Terms of Business on Saturday, 26th July 2025. You subsequently contacted us on Sunday, 27th July 2025, requesting to close your account. As stated in our automated response, due to a high volume of enquiries, we aim to respond within 4–5 working days.
Our offices are closed over the weekend, but your request was reviewed and processed promptly on Monday, 28th July 2025 – the next available working day. I also understand that you have since spoken with my colleague Perry, who explained the process and addressed your concerns.
We regret that your initial impression of our service did not meet your expectations, but we hope this follow-up has provided some clarity. Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
