Excellent service, from the initial choosing the windows and doors Dean was very knowledgeable and explained everything about each product.
The survey and installation was fast and efficient. We are delighted with the end result and would definitely recommend Fairco as a satisfied customer.

Excellent experience on every level with Fairco. We were searching for a new Front Door and when we got talking to Jack at their showroom he was really helpful and professional and answered all of our questions without any attempt at the hard sell. When it came to the installation of our new door, Gary and his team were prompt, super efficient and the level of workmanship was outstanding. Not the cheapest, but easily the best.

Our initial consultant gave great advise and ideas re window style etc.
We had 2 of the nicest workers in house for a week. They were so pleasant and unobtrusive. They worked quickly and tidied up after themselves. The work was excellent and very little damage done to paint, walls etc. Would have no hesitation recommending them.

I had a porch installed recently, and I must say I’m very happy with Fairco and their staff.
Paul their salesman was very helpful and professional, the two fitters were vey efficient and on time. They had the porch fitted in a day and a half, and left the place spotless when finished. I would definitely recommend Fairco if you’re getting windows/doors.

Brilliant experience purchasing windows and doors with Fairco. Susan and Dean were excellent advisers on style and finishings. Noel and Victor the installation team were a pleasure to deal with. Efficient and helpful and explained the process as soon as they arrived. Tidied up when finished and went through all the window lockings. Cannot recommend Fairco highly enough.

Incredible experience with Fairco! We recently upgraded all windows and doors on our home and after going to several show rooms we were blown away by Jack and the team at Fairco! The Omnia range was just what we were looking for and Vaz who came to install was so lovely and left the house tidy after each day of work! Couldn’t recommend more.

A fantastic customer service experience for my dad from the moment we phoned Susan was extremely helpful and so kind to my father. Paul in sales came out so promptly to do measurement and guide us through the choices of windows and doors, he also manages to get installation before Christmas and they heat in the house was minimal due to old windows.
On the day two lovely fitters Willie and Noel arrived on time and were super fast over the two days in getting the job done. overall we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Fairco
