I've been fighting T-Mobile for nearly a year for credits owed to me from a phone trade-in, but to no avail.
I stumbled up on the company FairShake who mediates disputes on behalf of the consumer. I submitted my complaint and in less than one month I agreed to a settlement amount arranged by FairShake.
This company is legitimate.

I am absolutely thrilled. I tried to get this bogus bill off my credit report for months and nothing was working until I found FairShake. FairShake handles this matter super fast and I am so grateful. I worked hard to get and keep my credit good. THANKS AGAIN

Fairshake is a ripe off I settled and payed fairshake and ever got my settlement tried to contact them and nothing this is a scam

I'm so glad I gave FairShake a "fair shake" (pun intended). Seriously, I'm more than impressed with the service and results. I was skeptical that the process could be as easy as they said. They did everthing they said they would and offered updates throughout the process. I spent almost a year trying to resolve the issue myself. I tried calling creditor multiple times and got the run around, i disputed with credit bureau twice and was at my wits end. Had I tried FairShake back then, I would have saved myself alot of time and headaches. I would highly recommend them to help to get resolution in a prompt manner. The creditor responded to FairShake within 30 days with exactly the outcome I wanted. Easy Peasy!

DISH Network is an unethical company, who thrives on overcharging or overpricing customers. After getting no where with DISH, I reached out to FairShake. They helped me settle with DISH for $120.00. I was glad to pay FairShake $18.00 for their help! You just cannot battle with these companies, including DISH Network, alone! I recommend FairShake to anyone who cannot reason with these companies! FairShake was professional and kept me informed while waiting for a settlement and once my settlement was reached! Although DISH Network never acknowledged any wrong doing on their part, their settling with me is more than their words can say! I could not have done this without the help of FairShake! Fairshake had to be paid before I could settle the the company sent me a settlement check that FedEx just dropped at my old address and it's been over 30 days and I still ain't been paid
