A Verizon wireless employee promised me…

A Verizon wireless employee promised me that Verizon wireless was gonna pay the remainder of what I had owed to T-mobile if I switch to Verizon wireless but they never payed.That’s why I contacted FairShake they helped me with this issue and I am very thankful for that. Thank you all the people that work for FairShake.

Fairshake askes for the same form AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Fairshake askes for the same form again, again, again, and again. I replied back as instructed DUPLICATE. DUPLICATE. DUPLICATE. Still they keep on, and keep asking for the SAME FORM. Even though I told the online chat rep, and I also told them by email. I even sent PROOF since I received the EMAIL THANKING ME FOR THE FORM. It has been since MARCH and here it is 3rd week of May. Fairshake charge me, but I will be calling my bank to dispute. Simple matter, but refuse to get it right. Also, one of the forms AUTOFILL YOUR NAME in and you HAVE TO GO IN TO DELETE IT, or they will BLAME YOU, and ask for it again, again, and again, with NO EXPLANATION.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating experience! We're working on our product to minimize this sort of situation. Some companies require additional forms be completed to issue a settlement once the offer has been signed, and unfortunately we can't always confirm when a form reaches that company on the other end.

These people are awesome

These people are awesome. This is the second time I’ve used this company to help me resolve an issue with a company and each time they were able to help negotiate a settlement. Very friendly professional and very reasonable in return when having to pay for their services. You can’t beat 10%. I Will definitely use this service again and recommend it to many of my friends and family. If you are having discrepancies with your cable or telephone provider or Internet provider don’t hesitate to send them a message because fair shake is the firm that will definitely swiftly smoothly and effectively handle this matter!

Fair shake resolved my issue within a couple of weeks. T-Mobile didn’t send me my entire phone order . they messed up my entire bill and added several extra charges that were entirely wrong , and every representative I spoke to at that company said they were glad to help but everyone had messed up my account even more ! I couldn’t get anyone to listen to me or help me , until I found fair shake. I had ordered two iPhone 11s and it was supposed to be a buy one get one free promotion because they were iPhone 11‘s they are not brand new nor do they have 5 G as advertised , and also as another promotion T-Mobile had ongoing I would also get a third line free for life ! the representative offered to give me a free phone case with my order and I told them I would only go with their service if they could give me two cell phone cases so that my husband and I could each have one so that we could both protect our phones because of the kind of work that we do , she said she checked with her supervisor and that it would be shipped Separately and asked if it was OK and that I would receive it in a few days because they were going to ship it out as expedited and I would get it a few days after my first order was shipped and I agreed to that, that was on my original order , two weeks later my phones were still sitting in the box and I’m still waiting on my iPhone case that I never received. I didn’t want to use the phones until I received protection cases for both phones so that they did not get damaged when we worked so waiting on that case was very important for me and the whole entire time everyone I spoke to From T-Mobile had lied another phone case had never been sent out no notes were ever taken down about my phone calls it was like I was a joke to them and as a customer I did not matter ! I called T-Mobile several times and spoke to several supervisors on several different occasions I was told that my phone case had been shipped out expedited but still a month later I Had never received it! I had had enough of being lied to and treated like I didn’t matter , so I took down employee numbers from T-Mobile, Emailed fair shake all of my information I had gathered , because after a month I still had not received my complete order from T-Mobile. Fair shake was fast and able to get my first month of service from T-Mobile free because I still had not used the phones yet After having them an entire month and they were able to have the remaining balance for my OtterBox case removed from my cell phone account completely because I never received the second case I was originally promised , and all T-Mobile‘s phone calls are recorded and I was ready to go to court if they didn’t come to some kind of resolution , I had been lied to and taken advantage of by a T-Mobile representative so that she could get commission on my sale and then continuously lied to by multiple supervisors and representatives, until I got in touch with fair shake and They were awesome at getting T-Mobile‘s attention immediately , and getting them to resolve all my problems I had been having with T-Mobile, and if I wasn’t satisfied with what T-Mobile offered me as a settlement they were ready to go to arbitration immediately with no delay! I am so grateful that I found fair shake and they were able to resolve my issue within a reasonable amount of time, only a few weeks where as it had taken me a month and I had accomplished absolutely nothing , they are very great at what they do , fair shake shook them up , and made them listen to my complaint and I would recommend them to anyone that is having problems or feeling like they have no one to turn to for help or feeling helpless against a giant company That thinks that they can just take our money and not stick with their commitments and agreements and take advantage of the customer! Fair shake definitely has your back when no one else does! I will definitely use them again! Let fair shake shake them up for you!!

Fair shake hit me up because they felt like I was a victim from AT&T they been charging me 600 or more every since I became a customer with them and my bill was supposed to only be like 2 to 3 something and they make sure that I get my money back

Wrongfully treated By Cricket Wireless

Just want to let everyone know that this was the first time I used Fairshake and I am very pleased and impressed with Fairshake. They helped me settle a dispute sooner than I expected, or that I feel nothing was going to happen because cricket wireless is a hard company to deal with. But Fairshake handle everything for me and I did not have to deal again with the company. They help me get what was fair, what belong to me in all fairness. Thank you very much fairshake. "NO-Star Review" Waste of money!!!

I wish there was an option to leave a no-star review. Fairshake is definitely a rip off!!! I was supposed to receive over $900.00 in a settlement from AT&T and was charged $193.00 by fairshake January 2022. AT&T was supposed to pay settlement in 30 days which should have been in February. It's now May and haven't seen anything. I emailed Fairshake, but of course no response to my email and no follow through. Hopefully they will make this right and I can come back to edit this review, but in the meantime, don't waste your money with this company.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.

Sometimes we see companies not follow through on their signed settlement commitments, which is very frustrating. Other times it can be because certain requirements included in the settlement aren't completed -- most often the customer completing a tax form, or needing to return equipment.

As we indicate in our update emails, the best way to contact our team is to log in to your dashboard at app.fairshake.com and use the live chat feature.

If you log in to your dashboard at app.fairshake.com you'll also see any open requests from AT&T (for instance a tax form) and be prompted to send them a communication saying you haven't gotten the settlement.

This is frustrating! If it's been 60 days since you signed the agreement, and if you've completed any conditions on you from the settlement like possible tax forms, please log into your FairShake dashboard via app.fairshake.com to activate the next steps for following up with U-Haul.

FairShake is a rip off they continue to send you forms requests through a garbage online document signer website called hellosign… asking for you to fill out paperwork I literally filled out a form at least 10 times and submitted it to Att and they kept saying they did not recieve the form! I got at FairShake several times telling them I submitted the form and they did nothing! Then I get a letter from Att saying my case is closed after I pay FairShake now I’m requesting a refund of my money from FairShake and they won’t even return my emails FairShake shake is a rip off company and it appears they are working with the companies to defraud you! Once they get paid they can careless!

I worked with them in their referral program and they tried to rip me off and disputed the money they paid me threw PayPal. This company is a ripoff.

As we explained to members of our referral program at the time, unfortunately due to a technical error we overpaid bonuses on certain referrals -- where we paid the same bonus 2, 3 or even more times.

While we appreciate the participation of our referral partners, we chose to request correction payments under our agreement with them. PayPal decided those were not within its power.

Ms. Edwards in particular made 316 eligible referrals through our program but was paid for 470 and retained that money. We do appreciate her spreading the word about FairShake, but we did well by her.

Had signed up for prepaid cell phone service cell service…

Had signed up for prepaid cell service with a company. Never received the simcard. So was in a rush to get a Sim card for my phone(BYOD) so went to another provider. 3 months later I got a bill for $211.84 for service that I never received. The simcard they mailed was never activated cause I never received it. Yet the insisted that I owed them money for a service I never used. Then they hit my credit report. Not once, but several times. Cause I diputed it and had it removed 2 times on TransUnion,once on Experian & Equifax. And then they reported it again and I couldn't get it removed. Shows how useless the credit bureau dispute system really is. Cause I was right and didn't owe said company a dime.

Then found Fairshake and said sure I try it. Why not. Didn't actually expect them to be successful but they surprised me. Said American Telecommunications provider actually credited my account that $211.84 to allow me to pay that bill with thier own money to keep my account in good standing. Promised in writing to request the company they had come after me for the debt to have all mentions of it removed from my credit report.. Didhave to pay a $42 fee. But if you knew the name of this American telecommunications company you would understand why I didn't mind paying fairshake that fee, for imo getting the worse hounds off my back for money I didn't owe them. 3 letters, and a symbol. Figure it out
