Professional service and friendly staff.
I was impressed with their professionalism. Having had problems in the past with other installers, Fairway were a breath of fresh air.
The workers were always on time and did their job quickly and efficiently. They were a friendly lot of lads, who went above and beyond their tasks.
Everything was explained to me in detail in a way that I could understand.

A big thank you to Fairway energy for installing wall insulation, vents and extractors.From the beginning to end they were professional, friendly and tidy,always leaving everywhere spotless and great communication throughout.All staff from Aidan,Paul,Adam and his team and electricians were warm and friendly, Craig and Sean were here the longest and went above and beyond to get the job done.They always had smiles on their faces when they came through the door and nothing was too much trouble,taking wall panelling off,changing windowledge I didn't like and even dropping my house key to me at work .I would definitely recommend Fairway energy and a big thank you to you all.

We have just had a warm homes grant…
We have just had a warm homes grant delivered and completed by Fairway Energy. Their efficiency, communication and organisation of works was exceptional. Everyone involved from administration staff at their office to installers of extractor fans, trickle vents on windows, gas pipes extended (by the lovely Paul), external insulation and rendering from Evolve (Mike and colleague who worked endlessly and not forgetting Robbie from Evolve who removed pipe work then returned at end of project to put it back even better than it was) and Lee who got to deliver materials and take rubbish created away a few times, all were brilliant, polite and respectful. Aidan from Fairway and Craig from Evolve ensured all works were completed to high standards. We would like to say a big thank you, not only does our new rendering look fantastic but we should now be a lot warmer when the winter hits us. Jan & Ian at Eleanor Road, Moreton

We have just had solar panels installed by Fairway Energy. From start to finish we can emphatically say how impressed we have been with their efficiency, communication and helpfulness. Each step of the way they have kept us informed about what was to happen and all the timings of each part. All the guys working for them have been efficient, polite and friendly and have left everywhere clean and tidy. The fitting of the panels was done very quickly and all the electrical elements were completed well within the 2 days allocated. Aidan has been extremely helpful and has explained everything very clearly. Altogether a FIVE STAR SERVICE.

The only reason why I have given 5…
The only reason why I have given 5 starts is due to the customer service from Craig and Shaun, when any work takes place its stressful, things are everywhere and it disturbs peace, I know Craig calling me isn't part of his job, there was a few things here and there that I wasn't happy with I had some loose wires on the coving and I just had a with Craig and Id like to think I was fairly chill over the work processes and I had a chat and he sorted it, some plaster got spilled on my stairs which wasn't Craig or Shaun but they helped tidy it up after it was left. The conversations with Craig made me feel comfortable that my home was being respected and looked after, I understand things can happen but it has to be put right which it was and at the end of it I was happy

Fairway energy is the WORST.
Sadly I have not had a good experience with Fairway.
Initially things went well. However, the work was shoddy, poorly thought out and disappointing in execution. I moved on and got on with life.
Since then numerous issues and situations have arisen. EG, A pump that failed twice within three months, an MCS inspection, and a plethora of unprofessional communications with Fairway.
That MCS inspection has very clearly thrown up some issues that Fairway call “remedials”. Fairway are demanding access to my property (initially under the impression it was to look into the fuse box) with plumbers and electricians without communicating to me exactly what is happening or who will be at my home and when. When I refused they threatened me with warranties and just awful customer service waffle.
In my opinion Fairway are the definition of cowboys and my advice would be to never let them near you or your property.

We’re sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with your experience with Fairway Energy.
The MCS inspection referred to took place on 19 June, and we received the inspection report on 30 July. Since receiving it, our Operations team has been in contact by telephone and WhatsApp to discuss the findings, explain the remedial works required and try to arrange a suitable date for the appropriate qualified engineers to attend.
We have also provided further information and photographs to help explain the works that need to be completed following the inspection. At present, we have not been able to agree access to the property to carry out these works.
We fully appreciate that you should understand what work is proposed, why it is required and who will be attending your home. Our team has sought to provide this information and discuss the works with you, and we are happy to provide any further clarification needed before arranging the visit.
We would also like to reassure you that our references to warranties were not intended as a threat. When issues are identified, we have a responsibility to investigate them and, where appropriate, put them right. To do this, we need the opportunity for the relevant qualified team members to attend and complete the necessary work.
Our focus is on resolving the items identified and bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. We remain ready and willing to carry out the appropriate remedial works and hope that we can agree a suitable way forward.

High quality work and support.
The guys at Fairway energy fitted trickle vents and extractor fans, this was completed within a day, the installers we're cleaning as they went and left the area they worked in spotless without any sign of work being completed. Very friendly and polite, taking their shoes off when going upstairs etc etc.
Solar PV, scaffolding went up very quickly sadly there was a slight delay as not enough was added, this is no fault to Fairway or the scaffolding company, sadly the property is an odd shape meaning it could have been problematic getting the panels on the roof. Wasn't a problem as the Sacolffding company returned very quickly and added a new platform to make it easier.
Electricain was fantastic, the cabling running to the meter isn't visable, and the unit outside is spot on. Very nice and neat installation.
Panels went on the roof with ease, connected up, tested and commissioned. Was shown how to use the App, programming and talked through how the solar works.
Great company who take care in their work, Adain managed the project, always there for support/question.
Deserving of 5 stars.

Fairway Energy…
From start to completion Fairway Energy have proven themselves to be trusted and committed.
All employees from Admin to boots on the ground were very helpful, informative and respectful of property.
Communication was 100% informing me of every step of the way and courtesy calls confirming appointments.
I was not let down once.
Solar panels have been installed and some home ventilation through the Warm Homes Grant all to high standards.
I would recommend Fairway Energy to anyone looking for Energy improvements to their home.

Internal wall insulation on all external walls
I had full grant appoval for internal wall insulation on all external walls in my house off Liverpool Council as well as ventilation extractors in the kitchen and both bathrooms, this was a big job which took 3 weeks from start to finish all the lads done excellent jobs, great communication throughout the work via emails and phone calls, it has made a vast improvment to my house im no longer cold in the rooms as i was loosing roughly 45% heat due to no wall insulation its now nice and cosy, the work lads and office staff all need a pay rise for the work they do they all went above and beyond for me im honestly so greatful

The coffee machine will always be on!
I have to say that from the very beginning of my experience with the Fairway team, I have been genuinely blown away by their professionalism, reliability, expertise, punctuality and the quality of their work.
They were happy to work with me as it was difficult to arrange time off work for the installation of the solar panels, ASHP, heating system and loft insulation.
The surveyor that came out to do the detailed in-depth survey was thorough, polite and engaging.
Four lads turned up on the Monday morning, I'm not sure how they all fitted into my modest little house... but Craig and Shaun were up in the loft, Matt and Barry downstairs pulling out the old heating system and fitting the new.
I never thought the work would be finished in three days, but it was. Every night, the lads hoovered and tidied up after themselves and tried to make my home habitable for me. By Wednesday afternoon the work was installation was done. The only two things left to do was the scaffolding to be taken down and a cupboard had to be rebuilt around the new water tank. On Friday the office rang to check that the scaffolders had been, which they had, and the following Wednesday, as promised Craig and Shaun were back to build the cupboard. And what a job they did! Craigs attention to detail is amazing. My wonky walls didn't make it easy for him, but by the time he was finished it looked great.
And I can't not mention all the staff in the office. They are always polite and courteous whenever they ring me or I call them.
Thank you Fairway, I would gladly recommend you to anyone who asks. Oh, and tell the lads, the coffee machine is on any time they are passing!

Super impressed with all the staff at…
Super impressed with all the staff at Fairway Energy. The customer service from Lilly was second to none. The guys that came out to fit my boiler and the vents and fans were amazing and were very thorough. All were super friendly and were fast and nothing was too much for them. The job was a massive job and it as expected had its difficulties but they worked it out and checked with me all the way. There was a little expected mess and they sent out a guy who was a sweetheart. He jet washed my patio, tidied up my kitchen tiles and steam cleaned my carpet. Nothing has been too much for this company and they put their customers at the forefront of everything making sure you are happy and at ease. This company go over and beyond and i shall certainly be using them again in the future and recommending them to family and friends.
well done guys i am so impressed with your working ethos and your kind and friendly staff.
