I feel like Fairyloot has spent so much energy in diversfiying the book selection (as in following trending genres like Romantasy), the quality of sprayed edges and book printing has gone down. It's been disappointing to receive books that are so visually cluttered that they don't make nice shelf trophies any more or they try too hard to pick the book that'll go viral instead of something aligned with BIPOC-diversity... I do love Fairyloot though and am thankful for their efforts to make more spaces for new subscribers, excellently kind customer service, and quick responses. They are fair and effective at high demand drops, even if I don't always get what I want from them. Truly appreciate the team at Fairyloot and know they're doing their best in an industry demanding more from special editions.

Had a problem with damaged end papers. FairyLoot was super helpful and sent a new one out no problems!

The skip policy is very restricting, which forces me to get many books I am not interested in order to not lose my subscription.

The Fairyloot special editions are stunning and this year in particular have had some very popular book choices! I’ve always had my copies arrive in excellent condition, with reliable tracking information. Great early access as a subscriber for exclusive editions too.

I've been a customer with Fairyloot for over 5 years and can say that i have never been disappointed with the quality of every product I've received. I absolutely love each book. Even when I've needed to contact customer service, they've resolved the few issues promptly.

Great special edition book company. While it can sometimes be hard to secure a preorder, they always send a gorgeous book. And if it’s damaged in any way, they replace it.

I've been a fairyloot subscriber since late 2022. I have the adult, ya book only and romantasy sub. Overall I really like the designs and customisations. I have asked for a new book twice because of damages from the printer and promptly received replacements.
Love the early access for special editions.
Shipping is 95% of the time within the month of the subscription (so march book will arrive late march). Very happy customer here!

Books in the subscription aren’t as good as they used to be. I don’t feel like value for money is there. However the books are gorgeous and they do look great on my bookshelf

Nice products, most of the time it’s well protected (but not always… some of my books came damaged). Like the work with artists !
It can be a little expensive for a lot of people, and when you’re not in UK it’s worst. But we can’t denied the good work behind the production. Also the team is always there if you need something. That’s great !

Fairyloot never fail when it comes to their products and service. They are attentive and prompt when answering emails, their communication is 5 stars in itself.

Their book boxes are stupendous, stunning and of the highest quality. I wouldn't look anywhere else for special editions of my favourite books. The goodies that come along with the book are useful and again amazing quality.

If you love beautiful books Fairyloot is the place to go. Stunning artwork, brilliant titles and great service. I subscribe to three book services and by far Fairyloot produce the best quality books.

i love getting fairyloot boxes: it's like Christmas every month!! the books are stunning and i love finding new authors i would maybe not pick up otherwise

I love how carefully they curate each book and each box. Throughout the years they’ve evolved so much and I am astonished each month by them. They are constantly improving and they always look out to their audience for their opinion. For the subscription box they use quality products and useful ones, so they don’t just get put on a shelf and be forgotten about. I absolutely love FairyLoot!

Gorgeous books and actually amazing customer service. Every issue I’ve ever had has been sorted brilliantly. The only downside is it can take a while for someone to respond to emails. But once they do the issues are sorted very quickly
